在现有的工业控制系统中经常使用PLC实现顺序控制、定时等功能.控制程序经常需要执行同步操作且输入开关量的触发时机具有不确定性,因此无法充分描述真实的执行过程.为此提出下述解决方法:首先在控制程序的编译阶段,使用Petri网建立网模型以表示程序执行逻辑,其次在控制程序的执行阶段,根据程序真实执行状况动态运行上述网模型,当程序运行结束时网模型停止执行,由此判断程序中存在的逻辑错误.

A compact multiterawatt laser system based on optical parametric chirped pulse amplification is demonstrated. Chirped pulses are amplified from 20 pJ to 900 mJ by two lithium triborate optical parametric preamplifiers and a final KDP optical parametric power amplifier with a pump energy of 5 J at 532 nm from Nd:YAG-Nd: glass hybrid amplifiers, After compression, we obtained a final output of 570-mJ-155-fs pulses with a peak power of 3.67 TW, which is the highest output power from an optical parametric chirped pulse amplification laser, to the best of our knowledge. Uniform arrays of periodic nanoparticles with 80-nm period are formed on 6H-SiC crystal irradiated by circularly polarized 400-nm femtosecond laser pulses. In order to understand the formation mechanism, the morphology evolvement as a function of laser pulse energy and number is studied. Periodic nanoripples are also formed on the sample surface irradiated by linearly polarized 400-, 510- and 800-nm femtosecond laser pulses. All these results support well the mechanism that second-harmonic generation plays an important role in the formation of periodic nanostructures.

采用Ag^+-Na^+离子工艺,在K9玻璃上制备了跑道形波导谐振腔滤波器.测试得到该滤波器自由光谱范围为FSR=0.177nm,对比对为Cr=7.5dB.同时分析得到耦合器的耦合系数为κ=0.916,耦合器和环形腔的损耗因子分别为δ=0.55,γ=0.48.耦合器的两波导几乎相连、条波导边缘不规则和一次离子交换波导表面缺陷是造成该波导滤波器具有较大损耗的主要原因。通过改进工艺技术降低波导损耗,该滤波器可以用于光通信、传感等领域,也可与其它波导结构相结合实现新的功能。

We report on photoinduced second-harmonic generation (SHG) in chalcogenide glasses. Fundamental and second-harmonic waves from a nanosecond pulsed Nd:YAG laser were used to induce second-order nonlinearity in chalcogenide glasses. The magnitude of SHG in 20Ge . 20As . 60S glass was 10(4) larger than that of tellurite glass with a composition of 15Nb(2)O(5) . 85TeO(2) (mol.%). Moreover, no apparent decay of photoinduced SHG in 20Ge . 20As . 60S glass was observed after optical poling at room temperature. We suggest that the large and stable value of X-(2) is due to the induced defect structures and large X-(3) of the chalcogenide glasses. (C) 2001 Optical Society of America
