采用提拉法生长Y3Al5O12(YAG)晶体和Yb3+掺杂原子数分数分别为5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 50%和100%的Yb∶Y3Al5O12(Yb∶YAG)晶体。系统表征和分析了Yb3+掺杂浓度对拉曼光谱的影响。随着Yb3+掺杂浓度的增加,晶体的振动模式没有明显的变化,晶体结构没有改变;在370 cm-1和785 cm-1附近,振动吸收峰的半峰全宽逐渐增大。分析得出,Yb3+掺杂浓度对晶体的晶格、对称性、荧光寿命均有影响,从而可能影响到晶体的光谱和激光性能。

采用热键合技术,制作中运用不同的工艺参量制作出12片Yb∶Y3Al5O12/Y3Al5O12(Yb∶YAG/YAG)复合晶体。利用偏光显微镜对其键合界面进行了观察,研究了样品的透射光谱,从而确定出复合晶体合适的制作工艺。通过透射光谱的形状和透射率来表征复合晶体键合界面的质量。研究表明Yb∶YAG/YAG复合晶体键合质量较好,可实现一体化。

The effects of gamma-irradiation on the air-annealed 10 at.% Yb:Y3Al5O12 (YAG) and air annealing on the gamma-irradiated 10at.% Yb:YAG have been studied by the difference absorption spectra before and after treatment. The gamma-irradiation and air annealing led to opposite changes of the absorption properties of the Yb:YAG crystal. After air annealing, the gamma-irradiation induced centers were totally removed and the concentration of Fe3+ and Yb3+ were lightly increased. For the first time, the gamma-irradiation induced valence changes between Yb3+ and Yb2+ ions in Yb:YAG crystals have been observed. (C) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

To test the hypotheses of modern human origin in East Asia, we sampled 12,127 male individuals from 163 populations and typed for three Y chromosome biallelic markers (YAP, M89, and M130). All the individuals carried a mutation at one of the three sites.

目的 探讨蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫 (Giardialamblia)磷酸丙糖异构酶基因种内差异。方法 提取虫体总DNA ,对所有虫株磷酸丙糖异构酶 (tim)基因部分片段进行PCR扩增。测定序列后 ,用简约法和NJ法构建系统树进行系统发育分析。结果 共有 12 4个位点存在变异 (占所有测定序列中的 2 3% ) ,且大多数为发生在密码子的同义突变。两种构树方法所得二树的分枝结构相似 ,均将受试的 16株蓝氏贾第虫分为明显的两组。结论 宿主及地理因素对蓝氏贾第虫群体的遗传多样性影响不大。在DNA分子进化水平上 ,自然选择的影响十分显著。可将tim基因作为蓝氏贾第虫群体遗传结构一个十分有效的遗传标记。

鳃形目鱼类是一类在鱼类乃至脊椎动物进化史上占有很重要地位的古老濒 危鱼类,长期悬而未决的系统演化关系为世人瞩目.采用DNA测序技术首次测定了 包括中国特有鳃形目鱼类在内的12种鳃形目鱼类的mtDNA ND4L和ND4基因(703 by)的序列,并进行了分子系统学分析.从分子系统学的角度得出了如下结论:(1) 鲤属可以归并到鳃属;(2)达氏鳃与中华鳃的亲缘关系最近,很有可能为中华鳃的 一陆封类型;(3)环太平洋地区的鳃科鱼类可能有共同的起源;(4) ND4L和ND4基 因是进行鳃形目鱼类系统演化研究很好的遗传标记.

笼养大紫胸鹦鹉取食活动占观察时间的14.51%,是其主要行为活动之一。日取食活动呈现早(7:00#approx#10:00)、晚(15:00#approx#19:00)2个明显的高峰。每日取食(32.12+ -14.28)次,累计日取食时间(153.23+ -73.11)min。每次取食的时间平均为(5.29+ -1.06)min。两性和成幼间以及不同时期的取食活动有一定的差异。在整个取食过程中,除拾取(45.47%)和咀嚼(46.49%)两种取食行为外,还有身体护理(2.51%)、运动(3.59%)、静栖(1.72%)、攻击(0.12%)、求偶(0.1%)等活动出现。逐步回归分析表明:影响大紫胸鹦鹉成鸟取食活动的主要因素是生物学因素;5月龄以前幼鸟的取食行为除受生物学因素的影响外,还与温度有一定的关系。
