牛血清白蛋白与Indo-1相互作用的荧光光谱法研究

以牛血清白蛋白(Bovine serum album in,BSA)与荧光探针Indo-1为蛋白质和配体模型,基于Indo-1的荧光强度与BSA的分析浓度间的关系,建立了计算二者相互作用位点数的方法,并利用荧光共振能量转移及各种荧光技术对Indo-1和BSA的相互作用进行了研究.结果表明,Indo-1在BSA中有3个作用位点,这3个作用位点与BSA中的212位色氨酸(Trp 212)间的距离分别为2.93,2.57和2.40 nm;Indo-1通过疏水性作用进入到BSA的3个疏水性空腔.在荧光猝灭实验中,通过M icrolab 500系列进样器和PTI荧光仪的联用实现了荧光强度的自动和实时记录.

Effect of La3+ on structure and electrochemical reaction of microperoxidase-11 in imitated physiological solution

In this paper, the interaction mechanism between La3+ and microperoxidase-11 (MP-11) in the imitated physiological solution was investigated with the electrochemical and spectroscopic methods. It was found that when the molar ratio of La3+, and MP-11 is low, such as 2, La3+ can coordinate with oxygen in the propionic acid group of the heme group in the MP-11 molecule, forming the La-MP-11 complexes and leading to the increase in the non-planarity of the porphyrin cycle in the heme group and then the increase in the extent of exposure of the electrochemically active center, Fe(I I I) in the porphyrin cycle of the heme group. The increase in the extent of exposure of the electrochemically active center, Fe(III) in the porphyrin cycle of the heme group would increase the reversibility of the electrochemical reaction of the La-MP-11 complexes and its electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of H2O2. The results of the chromatographic analysis demonstrated that the average molar ratio of La3+ and MP-11 in the La-MP-11 complexes is 1.62.When the molar ratio of La3+ and MP-11 is high, such as 3, La3+ would shear some amino acid residues of the peptide of MP-11. Therefore, many La3+ ions can bind to the oxygen- and/or nitrogen-containing groups in the sheared amino acid residues except coordinating with the sheared and non-sheared MP-11 molecules.

Spectra and long-lasting properties of Sm3+-doped yttrium oxysulfide phosphor

We reported, for the first time to the best of our knowledge, the Sm3+ -doped yttriurn oxysulfide phosphors has reddish orange long-lasting phosphorescence. The phosphor show prominent luminescence in reddish orange due to the electronic transitions of (4)G(5/2) --> H-6(J) (J = 5/2, 7/2, 9/2), the afterglow color of this type of phosphors is a mixture of the three above mentioned electronic transition emissions and have a little different when the concentration of the Sm3+ dopant changes. Synthesis procedure of the Sm3+-yttrium oxysulfide reddish orange phosphor through the flux fusion method with binary flux compositions was presented. The synthesized phosphors were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD) to interpret the structural characterization. The XRD analysis result reveal that the Y2O2S:Sm3+ phosphor synthesized with a binary flux composition containing (S and Na2CO3 at a ratio of 1: 1 at 30 wt.% of total raw material) at 1050degreesC for 3 h was in single-phase. Luminescence properties of the Y2O2S:Sm3+ long-lasting phosphor was analyzed by measuring the excitation spectra, emission spectra and afterglow decay curve. The mechanism of the strong afterglow from Y2O2S:Sm3+ was also discussed in this paper.

Double propagation based on diepoxide, a facile route to high molecular weight poly(propylene carbonate)

Poly(propylene carbonate) (PPC) with number average molecular weight (M-n) higher than 200 kg/mol was prepared via the terpolymerization of carbon dioxide, propylene oxide and diepoxide using Y(CCl3OO)(3)-ZnEt2-glycerine coordination catalyst. When equimolar ZnEt2 and diepoxide were used, double propagation active species were generated in situ by nucleophilic attack of metal alkoxide on diepoxide, leading to PPC of doubled M-n value. The molecular weight of PPC has dramatic influence on its thermal and mechanical performances. PPC with M of 227 kg/mol showed modulus of 6900 MPa, while the modulus of PPC with M-n of 109 kg/mol was only 4300 MPa. Moreover, when M-n increased from 109 to 227 kg/mol, a 37 degrees C increase of the onset degradation temperature was observed.

Luminescence and energy transfer of Ce3+ and Tb3+ in Y3Si2O8Cl

The luminescence properties of Ce3+ and Tb3+ in Y3Si2O8Cl have been investigated. The Ce3+ excitation bands in the region from 220 to 360 run are attributed to the transitions from 4f level to the crystal-field splitting levels of 5d.

Biodegradable electrospun fibers for drug delivery

The influences of surfactants and medical drugs on the diameter size and uniformity of electrospun poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) fibers were examined by adding various surfactants (cationic, anionic, and nonionic) and typical drugs into the PLLA solution. Significant diameter reduction and uniformity improvement were observed. It was shown that the drugs were capsulated inside of the fibers and the drug release in the presence of proteinase K followed nearly zero-order kinetics due to the degradation of the PLLA fibers. Such ultrafine fiber mats containing drugs may find clinical applications in the future.

A highly reduced polyoxoanion with phosphorus-centered alternate layers of Mo/V oxides, [(PMo2Mo6V4O40)-Mo-V-V-VI-O-IV((VO)-O-IV)(2)](9-)

An unusual polyoxometalate [H2N(C2H4)(2)NH2](4)(H3O)[(PMO2Mo6V4O40)-Mo-V-V-VI-O-IV((VO)-O-IV)(2)].H2O is hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR, UV-VIS, elemental analyses, X-ray photoelectron spectrum, ESR, TG and Single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with a = 15-227(5), b = 19.491(4), c = 18.737(3) Angstrom, V = 5123(2) Angstrom(3), Z = 4, and R-1 (wR(2)) = 0.0726(0.1416). The compound contains an unusual highly reduced pseudo-Keggin type polyoxoanion and exhibits an interesting phosphorus-centered alternate arrangement of layers of molybdenum and vanadium oxides.

Correlation analysis of the structures and gas-liquid chromatographic retention indices of amines

Quantitative structure-retention relationship(QSRR) was studied for amines to gas-liquid chromatography on three stationary phases of different polarities with the topological indices A(m) (A(m1), A(m2), A(m3)) and gravitational index GI. The algorithm of "Leaps and Bounds" was performed for selection of the variables. And the multi-regression and the quasi-Newton neural networks were employed for the calculation with better results.

胺类化合物气相色谱保留指数与结构的相关性研究

应用Am指数和引力指数C1对在3种体系下的胺类化合物的气相色谱保留指数和结构进行了相关性研究，并运用最佳子变量集算法和人工神经网法进行了计算分析，在非极性固定相OV-101和极性固定相OV-225和NGA下均获得了比较好的相关模型。

本文介绍了PDP用荧光粉的基本情况及其应用特性。归纳出基团敏化带位置的一般规律及阳离子对基团敏化带波长位移的影响。并指出，提高发光效率，改善荧光粉的热稳定性和辐照稳定性，开发新型稀土荧光粉等具有重要意义。

Interfacial characteristics of the self-assembly system of poly-L-lysine 3-mercaptopropionic acid gold electrode

The interfacial characteristics of poly-L-lysine (PL) attached on self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of 3-mercaptopropionic acid (MPA) were studied by an electrochemical method. The results indicated that PL\MPA layer inhibited partly the diffusion process of redox species in solution, and the electrode surface behaved like a microelectrode array. Its permeation effect was also strongly affected by Mg2+. The more Mg2+ ions were added into the electrolyte solution, the greater the difficulty with which the electron transfer of potassium ferricyanide took place. The three different conformations of PL on the electrode surface had different influences on the electron transfer processes of ferricyanide. PL in random coil state hindered most strongly the electron transfer behavior of ferricyanide,while the alpha-helical PL had nearly no effect and the effect of the beta-sheet state PL was intermediate of these. STRUCTURE AND SITE-SYMMETRY INVESTIGATION ON THE HEXAGONAL KCAY(PO4)(2)

A new double phosphate, KCaY(PO4)(2), isostructural with hexagonal LaPO4, is reported. It crystallizes in the hexagonal system with a = 0.6903 nm and c = 0.6331 nm. Its vibrational spectra, IR and Raman spectra showed that the site symmetry of the PO4 anion slightly deviated from D-2 toward C-2.
