Novel microbiocides 2-(hydroxymethyl)benzo[d)isothiazol-3(2H)-one (7) and (3-oxobenzo[d]isothiazol-2(3H)-yl)methyl benzencarboxylates (11a-c) were synthesized in good yields, and their structures were characterized by means of H-1 NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. The new compounds were tested preliminarily in laboratory assays against the aquicolous bacteria including Escherichia coli, Staphyloccus aurueus, Vibrio alginolyticus, Aeromonas hydrophila, and Bacillus subtilis. The results show all the synthesized compounds have good antimicrobial activity. The antimicrobial activity of all the tested compounds against all test bacteria is >96.6% at the concentration of 10(-2) mg mL(-1). These compounds can be further developed for effective microbiocides in the future.

Microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC) is very severe corrosion for constructions buried under sea mud environment. Therefore it is of great importance to carry out the investigation of the corrosion behavior of marine steel in sea mud. In this paper, the effect of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) on corrosion behavior of mild steel in sea mud was studied by weight loss, dual-compartment cell, electronic probe microanalysis (EPMA), transmission electron microscopy (TEM).combined with energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that corrosion rate and galvanic current were influenced by the metabolic activity of SRB. In the environment of sea mud containing SRB, the original corrosion products, ferric (oxyhydr) oxide, transformed to iron sulfide. With the excess of the dissolved H2S, the composition of the protective layer formed of FeS transformed to FeS2 or other non-stoichiometric polysulphide, which changed the state of the former layer and accelerated the corrosion process.

在捕食和附加食物交互作用条件下,以恐吓、进攻、追逐、争斗及回避5类行为为变量,以恐吓、进攻、追逐计数之和的平均值作为攻击水平,测定根田鼠种群不同波动时期成体的攻击水平.发现根田鼠的攻击性与种群波动时期之间,存在明显的关联.统计分析结果表明,在种群3个波动时期,4种处理种群两性攻击型个体比例差异显著.除预防捕食者无附加食物(-P,-F)种群的雌体外,其它处理种群增长期和高峰期雌性和雄性攻击型个体的比例高于其衰减期.其中,预防捕食者附加食物(-P,+F)种群、-P,-F种群及未预防捕食者附加食物(+P,+F)种群,雄性攻击型个体的比例均为增长期>高峰期>衰减期;在未预防捕食者无附加食物(+P,-F)种群,雄性攻击型个体比例为高峰期>增长期>衰减期.各处理种群雌性攻击型个体比例的格局与雄体的不同.其中,-P,+F种群及+P,+F种群为增长期>高峰期>衰减期,+P,-F种群为高峰期>增长期>衰减期,而-P,-F种群攻击型个体比例为高峰期>衰减期>增长期.虽不同处理种群雌体及雄体的5类行为变量与种群密度的相关性不一致,而具有明显攻击性的恐吓、进攻及争斗3类行为则分别与种群密度呈显著或极显著的线性正相关关系,其结果与Chitty多态行为假设预测的一致;验证了所提出的特定假设:种群外部因子捕食和食物交互效应介导的攻击行为选择,是引起田鼠类种群季节性波动的主要内部因子.

通过对不同类型草地生产力与物种特征(重要值)、均匀度之间的关系研究,结果表明:群落物种特征(重要值)与生产力之间呈极显著的线性关系;物种均匀度与生产力之间呈负线性关系,但差异不显著。在自然生态系统中,由于物种间的相互作用(资源的竞争利用),物种数目在不同类型草地群落的物种组成上的不均匀分布,导致不同生境条件下均匀度的异同。

对江河源区人工草地群落特征、多样性及其稳定性的研究结果表明,不同处理草地植物群落的物种丰富度、多样性、均匀度指数因时间和空间的变化而有明显的差异,群落演替从5龄到6龄,各群落丰富度和多样性指数增加,生物生产量降低,群落相似性系数增大.5龄老芒麦+早熟禾混播人工草地(LP5)群落的地上生物量最高(379.6 g/m2),老芒麦单播(ES5)居中(323.4 g/m2),对照组(CKF5和CK5)最低(124.3和118.6 g/m2).6龄植物群落地上生物量依次为原生植被+封育(VP6,310.1 g/m2)>老芒麦+早熟禾混播(LP6,216.3 g/m2)>老芒麦单播(ES6,190.8 g/m2)>对照(CK6,88.7 g/m2).群落间相似性系数的变化说明,单播(ES)与混播(LP)人工草地群落有趋同演化的趋势.人工草地群落随着结构的复杂化,与对照群落间的相似性提高,说明群落处于退化演替阶段,物种丰富度和多样性增大,群落稳定性提高.

新疆阿尔泰可可托海3号伟晶岩脉磷灰石矿物中稀土元素(REE)和其他微量元素的ICP-MS分析结果表明,Y/Ho,Zr/Hf和Nb/Ta明显偏离球粒陨石中对应的比值,并存在显著的REE“四分组效应”,REE“四分组效应”量化特征参数TE3,4主要与Y/Ho,Nb/Ta分异程度有关,与δEu负异常演化程度相一致,锰铝榴石也呈现REE“四分组效应”和Y/Ho,Nb/Ta显著分异,指示REE“四分组效应”是形成伟晶岩熔体的一个基本特征,并不是由富LREE矿物(如独居石)和富HREE矿物(如四榴子石)结晶引起的残余熔体REE含量的异常变化,其机制可能是富F,B和P的过铝质窝本与含水流体间相互作用,REE在流体相/熔体相的分配受温度,压力和流体相组成复合控制的综合结果。

通过40%的HF溶液、KOH饱和溶液和19mol/L的NaOH溶液这三种常用方法对大、小颗粒石英进行裂变径迹蚀刻实验的对比发现,用环氧树脂固定的小颗粒石英样品,不宜用KOH饱和溶液(150℃)和19mol/L的NaOH溶液(沸点,约120℃)作为裂变径迹的蚀刻剂,宜用40%的HF溶液;三种方法均适宜于大颗粒石英,但不同的蚀刻方法蚀刻效率不同,40%的HF溶液(29℃)的蚀刻效率最高,且操作简单、安全性高。40%的HF溶液最佳蚀刻时间为:温度在4℃左右(冬季)时为40min,温度在29℃左右(夏季)时为30min,可在全年室内常温条件下操作。

The synthesis of zeolite X is characterized by UV Raman spectroscopy, NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction. UV Raman spectra of the liquid phase of the synthesis system indicate that AI(OH); species are incorporated into silicate species, and the polymeric silicate species are depolymerized into monomeric silicate species during the early stage of zeolite formation. An. intermediate species possessing Raman bands at 307, 503, 858 and 1020 cm(-1) is detected during the crystallization ill the solid phase transformation. The intermediate species is attributed to the beta cage, the secondary building unit of zeolite X. A model for the formation of zeolite X is proposed, which involves four-membered rings connecting to each other via six-membered ring to form beta cages, then the beta cages interconnect via double six-membered rings to form the framework of zeolite X.
