The stability constants and species distributions of complexes of two lanthanide ions, Eu (III) and Tb(III), with a macrocyclic ligand, 3,6, 9, 17 20, 23-hexaazo-29, 30-dihydroxy-13, 27-dimethyl-tricylco-[23,3,1,1(11,15)] triaconta-1 (28) 11,13,15 (30), 25 26-hexane (BDBPH), in 1: 1 and 2: 1 system, were determined potentiometrically in 50% ethanol solution, at 35.0 degrees C and I = 0.100 mol/L (KCl). The two metal ions could form deprotonated mono- or dinuclear complexes with BDBPH with high stability after the three protons of the ligand completely neutralized. At higher pH values, Eu(M) could not form hydroxo complexes with BDBPH, while Tb(III) could form hydroxo complexes in the types of M2L(OH) M2L(OH)(2) and M2L (OH)(2). The kinetic study on the hydrolysis reaction of his (4-nitrophenyl) phosphate (BNPP) catalyzed by Tb-BDBPH system (2:1) was carried out in aqueous solution (pH 7.0 similar to 10.0) at 35 degrees C with I = 0.1000 mol/L (KCl). The second-order rate constant k(BNPP) (2.3 x 10(-3) (mol/L)(-1)center dot s(-1)) was determined. The dinuclear monohydroxo species, L-Tb-2-OH, is kinetically active species.

The redox process of norepinephrine in pH = 7.0 phosphate buffer solution at glassy carbon electrode was studied by circular dichroism spectroelectrochemistry with a long optical path thin layer cell. The spectroelectrochemical data were analyzed with the double logarithm method. According to the double logarithsmic plot results, the mechanism of electrochemical oxidation of norepinephrine is an irreversible process with a subsequent chemical reaction (EC) to form a norepinephrinechrome. Both of norepinephrinequinone and norepinephrinechrome are followed E mechanisms. Some kinetic parameters about the electrochemical process, i.e. the electron transfer coefficient and number of electron transfered, alpha n = 0.38, the formal potential, E-1(0)' = 0.20 V, the standard heterogenous electron transfer rate constant, k(1)(0) = 1.2 x 10(-4) cm s(-1) for the oxidation of norepinephrine, alpha n = 0.37, E-2(0)' = 0.25 V and k(2)(0) = 4.4 x 10(-5) cm . s(-1) for the reduction of norepinephrinequnone and alpha n = 0.33, E-3(0)' = -0.25V and k(3)(0) = 1.1 x 10(-4) cm . s(-1) for the reduction of norpinephrinechrome, were also estimated.

用电化学和扫描电镜方法,对铅酸蓄电池中含有复合添加剂的正极进行了研究.结果表明:这种添加剂能促进β-PbO_2的产生和活性物质的细化,因而提高了正极容量10%~20%.这种添加剂还有利于活性物质粒子和板栅的结合,使充放电循环寿命延长.

利用CO2-TPD方法考察了Ti-La-Li系多元氧化物催化剂的表面碱性,实验发现:C2 选择性与表面碱强度呈顺变关系,而CH4 转化率与CO2 的脱附峰面积呈顺变关系.同时,利用XPS,O2-TPD等方法对该体系催化剂的表面活性氧种进行了表征与研究,结果表明:催化剂的表面晶格氧与C2 选择性有关,表面吸附氧与甲烷转化(包括偶联和深度氧化)有关.O2 -TPD实验发现催化剂的表面存在三种氧:α( 100℃≤t≤450℃),β(450℃

钙钛矿型的稀土与过渡金属复合氧化物(ABO_3)及部分稀土为碱土金属置换的A_(1-x)M_xBO_3型复合物在最近20年来研究较多,并在催化气敏,超导等方面取得了良好进展。但对A_(1-x)M_xB_(1-y)N_yO_3型复合物却研究甚少。本文合成了一系列的La_(1-x)M_xFe_yCo_(1-y)O_3(M=Sr或Ba)钙钛矿型复合氧化物,研究了它们组成与电性的变化规律。

本文报道了1:12-磷铜杂多酸(PMo_(12)薄膜修饰碳纤维(CF)微电极的制备及其电化学性质。采用简单,快速的浸渍吸附制备的PMo_(12)薄膜修饰CF电极在酸性介质中具有很高的稳定性和氧化还原活性,电解质溶液的pH值和扫描电位范围对PMo_(12)膜的稳定性和电化学性质产生较大的影响。另一方面,PMo_(12)薄膜修饰CF微电极对酸性水溶液中的PMo_(12)和氯酸根离子(ClO)_3~-)的电催化还原作用也进行了描述。

本文利用FTIR、固体高分辨~(13)C-NMR、共振拉曼光谱及紫外-可见光谱等手段,研究了聚苯胺掺杂前后的结构变化,指出质子酸的掺杂使聚苯胺中的醌亚胺单元和苯二胺单元发生部分的氧化还原反应,生成了具有一定电荷分布的共轭体系。

本文通过辐照样品的溶胶分数测定,双键转化分析等,研究不饱和聚合物1,2-聚丁二烯的辐射交联和环化。并对辐照样品的交联网状结构生成进行了理论分析和讨论,提出了无规链式反应交联溶胶分数S与辐照剂量R(或交联指数γ)关系式 logS=-AR~(1/2)+B=-A’γ~(1/2)+B’由此获得辐照无规1,2-聚丁二烯相关的交联参数等信息。关于交联G值与样品分子量的关系也在文中进行了讨论。

添加稀土的铝合金的加工性能及耐腐蚀性均有明显地改善,为了提高其防护和装饰性能,我们在流酸溶液、硫酸亚锡溶液中进行稀土LD_(13)变形铝合金电解着色研究,得到了较好的工艺参数。电解着色工艺: 酸洗(时间1~3分,室温)→中和(时间2分,60℃)→刻蚀(时间1~3分)→氧化(时间40分,20℃、电压 18V,电流 0.7~1.5安/分米~2)→着色(时间3~6分,室温)→封闭(时间15分,55℃)。在阳极氧化生产的过程中,各种生产条件的变化,对膜层的质量都有一定影响。 1.电解液浓度对膜厚的影响在浓度分别为5%、20%、35%的硫酸溶液中,温度22℃,1安/分米~2的电流密度,对含0.20%稀土的LD_(31)挤压铝合金处理,其结果如图1。提高电解液的浓度,增加对铝件的侵蚀作用,一般情况下氧化膜厚度增加。但从图1看出,浓度增加到35%,

Morphology and culture studies on germlings of Sargassum thunbergii (Mertens et Roth) Kuntze were carried out under controlled laboratory conditions. Growth characteristics of these germlings grown under different temperatures (from 10 to 25A degrees C), irradiances (from 9 to 88 mu mol photons m(-2) s(-1)), and under blue and white light conditions are described. The development of embryonic germlings follows the classic "8 nuclei 1 egg" type described for Sargassaceae. Fertilized eggs spent 5-6 h developing into multicellular germlings with abundant rhizoids after fertilization. Under conditions of 20A degrees C, 44 mu mol photons m(-2) s(-1) and photoperiod of 12 h, young germlings with one or two leaflets reached 2-3 mm in length after 8 weeks. Temperature variations (10, 15, 20, 25A degrees C) under 88 mu mol photons m(-2) s(-1) significantly influenced the growth rate within the first week, although this effect became less obvious after 8 weeks, especially at 15 and 20A degrees C. Variation in germling growth was highly significant under different irradiances (9, 18, 44, 88 mu mol photons m(-2) s(-1)) at 25A degrees C. Low temperature (10A degrees C) reduced germling growth. Growth of germlings cultured under blue light was lower than in white light. Optimal growth of these germlings occurred at 25A degrees C and 44 mu mol photons m(-2) s(-1).

紫菜作为一种经济海藻, 具有重要的经济价值和生物学价值,可作为海洋生物学研究中的模式生物。我们将生物反应器等生化工程技术用于紫菜无性丝状体细胞的培养和增殖,以实现迅速大量的为育种提供优质苗源,并为紫菜基础和应用研究提供材料、建立细胞培养技术。 适合大型藻类细胞增殖的光生物反应器需要五个基本因素:光照、温度控制、气体传输、营养物质传输、混合。针对大型藻类细胞生长特点,本文以坛紫菜(Porphyra haitanensis)丝状体为研究对象,采用本实验室自行设计的光生物反应器进行培养,得到的主要结果为: 1)摇瓶悬浮培养丝状体细胞,发现丝状体细胞营养增殖的生长特性是细胞分裂而不分开,由丝状藻丝生长为细胞团,容易聚团、贴壁。 2)本实验室开发了300 mL 鼓泡式光生物反应器。它具有结构简单、操作方便、适合藻细胞生长、制作成本廉价等特点。通过运行本系统验证了光生物反应器培养紫菜丝状体的可行性,并优化了过程参数,得到的结果为:初始密度为700 mg DCW/L,通气量为 1.2 L air min-1 L-1(vvm),氮和磷浓度为:15 mM和0.6 mM, 培养时间为20天。在此培养条件下坛紫菜丝状体最大生物产量达到4000 mg DCW/L。 3)将鼓泡式光生物反应器的实验体系扩大到2500 mL,研究了不同光强及光周期对丝状体细胞生长的影响,结果发现光暗周期为14h light/10h dark、光强为80 μmol m-2s-1是最佳光照条件,最大生物量4350mg DCW/L。 4)对光生物反应器体系进行改进,设计了2500 mL气升式光生物反应器,进行了鼓泡式光生物反应器和气升式光生物反应器对坛紫菜丝状体细胞培养的比较研究,发现气升式光生物反应器更适合丝状体的生长,最大生物产量达到4850 mg DCW/L。

由于红树林植物的重要药用价值及其特殊的生长环境,越来越多的学者关注于红树林植物的活性成分及其作用机理的研究。本论文对两种药用红树林植物黄槿(Hibiscus tiliaceus L.)和长梗肖槿(Thespesia populneoides (Roxb.) Kostel)的化学成分进行了系统研究。对从其中分离得到的部分化合物进行了初步的抗菌活性筛选。 黄槿和长梗肖槿均采自海南岛,干燥粉碎的样品用90%的乙醇水以及11氯仿-甲醇混合溶液室温浸泡提取得总浸膏,将总浸膏悬浮于水中,分别用石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取,获得石油醚相和乙酸乙酯相萃取物。 采用常规的硅胶柱层析、制备薄层层析、凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱层析、反相硅胶柱层析、以及重结晶等手段,从黄槿和长梗肖槿的乙酸乙酯相中共分离得到43个化合物。利用各种现代波谱技术(IR、UV、MS、HR-MS、1D-NMR、2D-NMR等)确定了38个化合物的结构。其中,从黄槿的乙酸乙酯相中分离得到22个化合物,鉴定了其中19个化合物的结构,包括3个新的三萜类化合物(H1*-H3*)以及15个首次从该种中报道的化合物。从长梗肖槿的乙酸乙酯相中分离得到21个化合物,鉴定了其中19个化合物的结构,这些化合物皆为首次从该种中报道,其中1个为新的倍半萜类化合物T1*。本文为首次报道长梗肖槿的化学成分。 对分离得到的部分样品进行了抗菌活性测试,仅T1*表现微弱的抗金黄色葡萄球菌活性,抑菌圈直径为8mm(阳性对照氯霉素的抑菌圈直径为20mm),其余各样品在测试浓度下对测试菌株均未表现出活性。
