本文描述了狭颚绒螯蟹各期(左三点水右蚤)状幼体的形态(共5期)。并对中华绒螯蟹和狭颚绒螯蟹各期(左三点水右蚤)状幼体形态做了比较。区分两种幼体。据1986年调查资料长江口外北纬31°8-31°50'东经122°30'-123°50'的区域力中华绒螯蟹和狭颚绒螯蟹(左三点水右蚤)状幼体的集中分布区。状幼体从4月下旬5月初开始。5月份(左三点水右蚤)状幼体数量最大。并联系(左三点水右蚤)状幼体生活习性和长江口区的水文特点。讨论了绒螯蟹早期(左三点水右蚤)状幼体从亲螯蟹殖区扩散到近海发育。大眼幼体随底流返回河口的输送规律。叙述了梭子蟹和鲟类幼体的数量分布。另外,用逐步多元回归方法分析了蟹苗产量与径流的关系。结果表明崇明岛蟹苗产量前一年的10月-次年的3月径流量明显正相关,与5、6月份径流量明显负相关。

利用AFLP标记对海带在太平洋西北沿岸的6个主要栽培品系和6个野生地理隔离种群进行遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析。通过10对选择性引物总共检测到547个位点。在品系和种群水平,多态性位点比例(P),基因多样性(H)和香农指数(I)在大连野生种群中最高(P: 59.05%; H: 0.2057; I: 0.3062),而在连江栽培品系中最低(P: 9.87%; H: 0.0331; I: 0.0497)。在物种水平(即对所有品系和种群来说),P, H 和I 的值分别是85.01%,0.1948和0.3096。以个体间的相似系数(Dice)和种群间的遗传距离为基础,用非加权类平均法(UPGMA)分别构建个体和种群间的系统树图。AMOVA分析显示,大部分的遗传变异(60.21%)存在于品系和种群间,少部分(39.79%)存在于品系或种群内。遗传分化系数GST的值是0.6226,与FST的值(0.6021)非常接近,基因流(Nm)的值是0.1515,这三个值表明种群(品系)间存在高度的遗传分化。Mantel检验发现6个野生种群的遗传距离或遗传分化与地理距离呈正相关性(相关系数分别是r=0.8870, P=0.007 和 r=0.7962, P=0.011),符合“距离隔离(isolation by distance, IBD)”模型。总体来说,种群(品系)内的遗传多样性处于低到中等水平(大连种群除外),而它们之间的遗传分化程度非常高。 用AFLP和微卫星标记对裙带菜配子体克隆单一交配组合的孢子体后代的遗传一致性进行分析。在这项研究中,建立了2个配子体克隆单一交配系(M1和M2),2个自交系(S1和S2)并采集1个野生种群(W)。11组AFLP引物总共检测到318个位点。M1, M2, S1, S2 和W的多态性位点比例分别是4.7%,0.3%,17.9%,16.4%和36.5%。M1和M2个体间的遗传相似度(95.6-100%)要高于S1和S2(87.7-98.4%)以及W(81.5-92.1%)。在微卫星分析中,用了6个位点。M1在其中的5个位点基因型一致,而在Up-AC-2B2位点显示出不同的基因型。M2在所有6个微卫星位点的基因型都一致。而S1, S2和W都在2个以上的位点检测到不同的基因型。总之,AFLP与微卫星的分析结果一致,即配子体克隆单一交配组合的孢子体后代呈现高度遗传相似性,但也存在细微的差异。 对中国羊栖菜主产区浙江省洞头县的12个羊栖菜养殖品系的重要形态特征进行了比较研究,并利用AFLP技术对一个典型养殖种群的遗传多样性进行了分析。结果显示,这12个品系在全长、全湿质量、侧枝长、侧枝湿质量、侧枝密度等方面存在显著或极显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。8组AFLP引物在这个典型养殖种群中扩增出198个片段,其中多态性片段为166个,多态性位点比例为83.8%。根据个体间的遗传距离,以UPGMA法构建了个体间的系统树图,27个羊栖菜个体聚为一枝,作为对照的铜藻为另一枝。本研究从形态和DNA分子水平说明了浙江洞头羊栖菜养殖种群具有高度遗传多样性。

We explore control mechanisms underlying the vertical migration of zooplankton in the water column under the predator-avoidance hypothesis. Two groups of assumptions in which the organisms are assumed to migrate vertically in order to minimize realized or effective predation pressure (type-I) and to minimize changes in realized or effective predation pressure (type-II), respectively, are investigated. Realized predation pressure is defined as the product of light intensity and relative predation abundance and the part of realized predation pressure that really affects organisms is termed as effective predation pressure. Although both types of assumptions can lead to the migration of zooplankton to avoid the mortality from predators, only the mechanisms based on type-II assumptions permit zooplankton to undergo a normal diel vertical migration (morning descent and evening ascent). The assumption of minimizing changes in realized predation pressure is based on consideration of DVM induction only by light intensity and predators. The assumption of minimizing changes in effective predation pressure takes into account, apart from light and predators also the effects of food and temperature. The latter assumption results in the same expression of migration velocity as the former one when both food and temperature are constant over water depth. A significant characteristic of the two type-II assumptions is that the relative change in light intensity plays a primary role in determining the migration velocity. The photoresponse is modified by other environmental variables: predation pressure, food and temperature. Both light and predation pressure are necessary for organisms to undertake DVM. We analyse the effect of each single variable. The modification of the phototaxis of migratory organisms depends on the vertical distribution of these variables. (C) 2001 Academic Press.

Two marine urostylid ciliates, Holosticha hamulata n. sp. and Holosticha heterofoissneri Hu and Song, 2001, were investigated using live observation and protargol impregnation. Both species were isolated from Korean intertidal sediments of the Yellow Sea. Holosticha hamulata measures about 150 x 25 pro in vivo, and is characterized by a tripartite body shape with a narrow head, an inflated trunk, and a tail that distally projects ventrally forming a hook-like structure. It is the characteristic body shape that distinguishes H. hamulata distinctly from congeners. Holosticha hamulata differs from H. heterofoissneri, possibly the nearest relative, also by the location of the contractile vacuole (ahead of mid-body versus near posterior body third) and the configuration of the macronucleus (on average, 33 scattered nodules assuming a Y-shape versus 17 nodules that may form a U shape). The average number of the macronuclear nodules is a pronounced feature showing great consistency in populations of each species. However, their arrangement is variable in H. heterofoissneri where the nodules are basically scattered or connected by fine fibers forming an elongate U-shape. The location of the contractile vacuole as a taxonomic feature is discussed and a dichotomous key to the species of Holosticha sensu stricto is provided.

A new sesquiterpene-substituted benzoic acid has been isolated from the brown Alga Dictyopteris divaricata Okam.. Its structure was elucidated as 3-[(2-hydroxy-2,5,5,8a-tetramethyldecahydro-1-naphthalenyl)methyl]-4-hydroxybenzoic acid, named dictyvaric acid on the basis of spectroscopic methods including IR, HRFABMS, 1D and 2D NMR techniques.

对海北定位站分布的金露梅灌丛草甸、矮嵩草草甸、藏嵩草沼泽化草甸3种高寒植被类型群落结构、感热(H)和潜热(LE)通量比较观测表明,3种植被类型年地上净初级生产力表现出矮嵩草草甸(318.600 g/m~2)>藏嵩草沼泽化草甸(258.341 g/m~2)>金露梅灌丛草甸(217.6 g/m~2).植物种类组成有矮嵩草草甸(54种)>金露梅灌丛草甸(47种)>沼泽草甸(24种).3种植被类型区近地表大气能量交换过程中,LE和H的月际变化明显,而且随植被类型的不同月际变化差异显著.3种不同植被类型在年内均表现出H+L E>0,表明在青海海北高寒草甸地区,太阳辐射强烈,近地层湍流输送明显,地表为-热源.3类型高寒草甸植被的年地上净生产量基本与波文比(β)呈现正效应,与LE+H呈现明显的反效应.植物种类组成基本与LE+H有反效应,与β呈明显的正效应.

与唐古特大黄相比,唐古特山莨菪的表观光合量子效率(AQY)较高,但最大净光合速率(Pmax)较低.在光强小于1200μmol•m^-2•s^-1时,后者用于碳同化的电子传递占总光合电子传递的比例(JC/JP)比前者高,而分配于光呼吸的电子传递(JO/JP)及Rubisco氧化和羧化速率的比值(VO/VC)则相反;光强大于1200μmol•m^-2•s^-1以后两种植物的这些参数都趋向稳定.随光强增加,后者叶片吸收光能分配于热耗散(D)的增加斜率较前者高,表明两高山植物对强辐射的适应方式略有不同。加强光呼吸途径的耗能代谢和PSII天线热耗散份额是唐古特山莨菪适应高原强辐射的主要方式,而提高叶片光合能力则是唐古特大黄的一种适应方式。

根田鼠(Micortus oeconomus)是一种分布广泛的小型哺乳动物,在海北高寒草甸地区,根田鼠是优势小型啮齿动物之一,主要分布于植被较好的草甸和灌丛中,有关其自然以及实验状态下种群数量动态的研究相对较多,但是对该地区冬季恶劣自然条件下,其种群动态的研究尚未见报道。研究冬季根田鼠种群特征的变化有助于对其整个生活史过程的全面理解,也便于了解冬降劣气候条件对其越冬留存率的影响进而又是如何影响翌年的种群数量。

As one part of national road No. 318, Sichuan-Tibet (Chengdu-Lasha) Highway is one of traffic life lines connecting Tibet municipality to the inland, which is very important to the economic development of Tibet. In addition, it is still an important national defence routeway, with extremely important strategic position on maintaining the stability and solidarity of Tibet municipality and consolidating national defence. Particular geological condition, terrain and landform condition and hydrometeorological condition induce large-scale debris flows and landslides (including landslips) and the like geological hazards frequently occur along the highway. High frequency geological hazards not only result in high casualties and a great property loss, but also block traffic at every turn, obstructing the Sichuan-Tibet highway seriously. On the basis of considerable engineering geological investigation and analysis to the relative studying achievements of predecessors, it is found that one of the dominating reason incurring landslides or debris flows again and again in a place is that abundant loose materials are accumulated in valleys and slopes along the highway. Taking landslides' and debris flows along Ranwu-Lulang section of Sichuan-Tibet highway as studying objects, the sources and cause of formation of loose accumulation materials in the studying area are analyzed in detail, the major hazard-inducing conditions, hazard, dynamic risk, prediction of susceptibility degree of landslides and debris flows, and the relations between landslides and debris flows and various hazard-inducing conditions are systematically researched in this paper. All of these will provide scientific foundation for the future highway renovating and reducing and preventing geological hazards. For the purpose of quantitatively analyzing landslide and debris flow hazards, the conception of entropy and information entropy are extended, the conception of geological hazard entropy is brought forward, and relevant mathematics model is built. Additionally, a new approach for the dynamic risk analysis of landslide and debris flow is put forward based on the dynamic characteristics of the hazard of hazard-inducings and the vulnerability of hazard-bearings. The formation of landslide and debris flow is a non-linear process, which is synthetically affected by various factors, and whose formation mechanics is extremely complex. Aiming at this question, a muli-factors classifying and overlapping technique is brought forward on the basis of engineering geomechanics meta-synthesis (EGMS) thought and approach, and relevant mathematics model is also built to predict the susceptibility degree of landslide or debris flow. The example analysis result proves the validity of this thought and approach. To studying the problem that whether the formation and space distribution of landslides and debris flows are controlled by one or several hazard-inducing conditions, the theme graphics of landslides and debris flows hazard and various hazard-inducing conditions are overlapped to determine the relationship between hazard and hazard-inducing conditions. On this basis, the semi-quantitative engineering zonation of the studying area is carried out. In addition, the overlapping analysis method of the hazard-indue ing conditions of landslides and debris flows based on "digital graphics system" is advanced to orderly organize and effectively manage the spatial and attributive data of hazard and hazard-inducing conditions theme graphics, and to realize the effectively combination of graphics, images and figures.

对济阳坳陷古近系储层中流体包裹体的研究进一步证明,其油气属未熟—低熟油气。除了油藏埋深浅、地层时代新、为自生自储同生油藏外,还具下列特征:油气生成温度低,包裹体均一温度范围为53~115 ℃;处于低演化阶段,储层中主要的包裹体类型是纯液态烃包裹体及纯液体盐水溶液包裹体。包裹体烃类成分中重烃及丁烷含量高,重烃平均占总烃的52. 14 % ,丁烷平均占总烃的14. 46 %;流体压力高,估算的流体压力范围是10. 0~40. 5 MPa ;盐度较高;还原环境;古地温梯度高, 为3. 830 ℃/ 100 m 等流体特征。研究结果为该坳陷油气成因及识别未熟—低熟油成油物理化学条件等提供了信息。

扬子地台西南缘早三叠世地层被划分为4个沉积层序。通过综合研究已取得的牙形石生物地层资料,与Haq等人提出的三叠纪牙形石生物时带进行了对比,初步定出了各沉积层序及体系域的界面年龄(层序1底界年龄251Ma;层序2底界年龄245.2Ma;层序3底界年龄243Ma;层序4底界年龄240.5Ma,顶界年龄239.4Ma),从而建立了区内分辨率较高的早三叠世地层格架。格架中层序组合特征在碳酸盐岩台地边缘显示得非常清楚,其中,层序1—层序2高水位体系域的台地边缘依次向陆后退,呈退积或超覆(ovedap)型组合关系;层序3—层序4高水位体系域的台地边缘则依次向海推进,呈进积或退覆(offlap)型组合关系。这种组合特征主要受沉积盆地的构造沉降及2级海平面升降亚旋回的海面变化的控制,构造沉降加速和海面上升期形成的层序呈退积型组合关系;构造沉降平缓及海面下降期形成的层序呈进积型组合关系。此外,还研究了斜坡地带(贵阳改毛)层序1—层序3底部的碳氧同位素组成变化规律:海侵体系域—高水位体系域碳、氧同位素组成变化不大,δ^13c主要为正值,但在高水位体系域顶部明显负向偏移;低水位体系域碳、氧同位素组成变化剧烈,且均为负值。这为地层划分提供了地球化学方面的依据。

华北地台麻粒岩包体(汉诺坝)与麻粒岩地体(西望山、蔓菁沟)存在明显的岩石地球化学特征差异,麻粒岩包体总体成分偏基性,麻粒岩地体总体成分偏长英质。形成时间、空间及构造背景的不同是造成成分差异的重要因素。汉诺坝麻粒岩包体是在拉线环境下玄武质岩浆底侵下地壳后结晶分异过程中堆晶作用的结果,其主、微量元素成分受控于辉石和斜长石堆晶的相对比例;下地壳物质的混染作用不是造成麻粒岩包体Nb、Ta、Th、U亏损的惟一因素,底侵的玄武质岩浆可能发生了含钛矿物相的结晶分离,造成了汉诺坝麻粒岩包体Nb、Ta亏损,而下地壳的麻粒岩相变质作用则使Th、U发生亏损。麻粒岩地体存在两种不同性质的微量元素组成,反映了两种不同构造环境的并置,是构造挤压抬升的结晶。

华南下寒武统保存着国际著名的生物群(如澄江生物群),同时蕴藏着磷块岩、重晶石、稀土及Ni-Mo-PGE等丰富的矿产资源,因此,它一直为地质科学家们持续关注的热点之一。关于华南下寒武统的研究,前人在古生物学方面已经取得了卓著的成就,主要表现在国际权威期刊上(如期刊《Science》和《Nature》)已发表大量的关于澄江生物群的研究成果,对早期生命演化研究具有重要而广泛的影响。然而,华南下寒武统年代学及国际对比研究方面已明显滞后,公开发表的华南下寒武统的高精度、可靠的锆石U-Pb年龄数据至本研究论文截稿时止仍然仅有唯一的一个,即Jenkins et al. (2002)报道的国际前寒武系-寒武系界线层型候选剖面―云南晋宁梅树村剖面的朱家菁组中谊村段中部(第5层)钾质斑脱岩锆石SHRIMP U-Pb年龄(538.2 ± 1.5 Ma)。因而,华南下寒武统中的重要生物群、矿床及具全球对比意义的C同位素漂移事件缺乏地层精确年龄的约束,进而制约了早期生命演化理论、矿床成因解释及地层国际对比等方面研究的发展。 近来,发现华南下寒武统赋存独特的钾质斑脱岩层,它们在横向上广泛分布于云南东部、四川峨眉麦地坪、贵州西部(如织金和金沙岩孔)及北部(如遵义松林)、湖北宜昌泰山庙和湖南张家界等地区,在地层序列垂向上主要产出于朱家菁组中谊村段中部、石岩头组底部以及它们的相当层位。这些钾质斑脱岩既是建立地层框架等时层潜在的物质基础,亦是获取地层精确锆石U-Pb年龄的具重要意义的研究对象之一。因此,对它们进行系统研究可望改观华南下寒武统年代学及国际对比研究方面的落后现状。 同时,华南下寒武统广泛产出的磷块岩既具有重要的资源价值,另一方面,任一磷块岩层代表着一次独立的成磷事件,因而将华南地区下寒武统磷块岩进行区域上的对比研究,从而以磷块岩层作为等时层,对构建华南下寒武统地层框架具有重要的地层学意义。 此外,华南下寒武统产出的Ni-Mo多元素富集层广泛分布于扬子地台范围,西起云南东部,东部延至浙江诸暨地区,在NE-SW向延伸近1600 km,它既代 表了重要的成矿事件,亦为关键的地球化学异常层位。因此,对Ni-Mo多元素富集层进行区域上的对比研究,明确它在华南下寒武统各重要剖面的产出位置,对于构建华南下寒武统层序框架具有重要意义。 遵义松林地区的下寒武统因赋存Ni-Mo-PGE矿床及与滇东地区澄江生物群相当的遵义生物群而日益受到国内外地质学家们的广泛关注。该区牛蹄塘组底部产出磷块岩、钾质斑脱岩及Ni-Mo多元素富集层,与滇东地区梅树村剖面出露的地层具有潜在的可对比性。因此,本研究选取近年来日益受科学家们关注的遵义松林地区下寒武统作为研究对象,重点对该区牛蹄塘组底部的钾质斑脱岩开展矿物学、地球化学和年代学研究。同时,将遵义松林地区下寒武统剖面上磷块岩、钾质斑脱岩、Ni-Mo多元素富集层主要与滇东地区梅树村剖面的相应岩层进行地球化学对比研究。研究的目的在于通过对华南地区上述两条代表性的下寒武统剖面进行地层对比研究,初步构建华南下寒武统具时间、空间涵义的层序框架,从而约束华南下寒武统中的重要生物群、矿床及具全球对比意义的C同位素漂移事件的时间,进一步促进华南下寒武统的划分和全球对比。论文获得以下主要结论性认识: (1)滇东地区朱家菁组中谊村段中部钾质斑脱岩及其邻近的磷块岩可构成华南下寒武统层序框架的第一个标志层。这一标志层在贵州大部分地区(或华南地区的多数下寒武统剖面)缺失。该标志层的磷块岩稀土元素总量和Y含量高于新元古代陡山沱期磷块岩,低于遵义松林地区牛蹄塘组底部及其华南其它地区相当层位(石岩头组底部及戈仲伍组)的磷块岩。第一个标志层的钾质斑脱岩的原始岩浆为亚碱性系列的酸性岩浆,其典型特征为具有较低的Zr(变化范围144×10-6~291×10-6,平均196.4×10-6)、Nb(变化范围10×10-6~13×10-6,平均11.86×10-6)含量和较高的Zr/Nb比值(变化范围为12.63~24.24,平均值为16.55)。这一层钾质斑脱岩的锆石U-Pb年龄为538.2±1.5 Ma(Jenkins et al., 2002)。 (2)遵义松林地区牛蹄塘组底部钾质斑脱岩和磷块岩分别相当于滇东地区石岩头组底部钾质斑脱岩和磷块岩,它们构成华南下寒武统层序框架的第二个标志层。该标志层中钾质斑脱岩的原始岩浆性质为中性岩浆,其碱性程度高于朱家菁组中谊村段中部钾质斑脱岩的原始岩浆。相对于中谊村段中部钾质斑脱岩,该层位的钾质斑脱岩具有高的Zr(变化范围187.0910-6~391.5710-6,平均值318.4010-6)、Nb(49.6910-6~140.0010-6,平均值90.6810-6)含量和低的Zr/Nb(2.60~4.32,平均值3.61)比值。该钾质斑脱岩的年龄为518 ± 5 Ma。该标志层的磷块岩以极其富REE和Y为特征,其稀土元素总量平均值为636.01×10-6,Y含量平均值262.43×10-6,明显高于滇东地区中谊村段磷块岩(∑REE平均值为195.45×10-6,Y含量平均值为91.2310-6),它们代表早寒武世时期一次特殊的以极其富REE和Y为特征的成磷事件。 (3)Ni-Mo多元素富集层可以作为构建华南下寒武统层序框架中的第三个等时标志层。滇东地区梅树村剖面的Ni-Mo多元素富集层被重新校正在玉案山组底部(即13层,Ni、Mo含量分别为135×10-6和583×10-6)。Ni-Mo多元素地球化学标志层的典型特征为在剖面上具Ni、Mo等多种微量元素及贵金属元素的最高异常。该标志层的Re-Os年龄为537~542 Ma,可能代表的不是地层层序的年龄。 (4)初步建立华南下寒武统时间框架。约束了华南地区下寒武统Ni-Mo-PGE矿床的下限年龄应为518 ± 5 Ma。同时,该时间框架亦约束了滇东地区澄江生物群及最古老三叶虫的下限年龄(518 ± 5 Ma),考虑到石岩头组底部钾质斑脱岩的产出位置与玉案山组中部澄江生物群的产出层位存在相当的距离(大于80 m),因此,前人对澄江生物群的推测年龄(525~530 Ma)可能有些偏老。此外,初步约束了华南地区具全球对比意义的C同位素正漂移事件的年龄(538~518 Ma)。该时间框架是建立在两个相互支持的地层高精度锆石SHRIMP U-Pb年龄的基础之上,而国际前寒武系-寒武系界线年龄的最新研究成果为542 Ma,因此,它支持将华南地区的前寒武系-寒武系界线置于朱家菁组中谊村段中部钾质斑脱岩层(第5层)的下伏地层的方案。结合华南地区最新的地层古生物学研究成果(朱茂炎等,2001;Zhu et al., 2003),将这一界线置于朱家菁组中谊村段底界可作为一种合理的选择。
