通过对夹套管结构进行分析,建立了端板力学模型,用板理论求解与内管连接处的应力,给出中心点作用力的求解方程,建立了一套各种应力的评判方法,使得端板的强度分析更加方便、科学.

本文把用于气流与化学激光性能计算的理论模型作了分析比较,包括常用的Lorentz-Gauss谱线形因子近似、本文提出的矩形谱线形因子近似以及文献[5]的理论。对气流化学激光的简化扩散混合模型,文中简要地导出了与上述诸理论相对应的具体结果。分析和计算表明:在碰撞与非均匀加宽同时起作用,特别是非均匀加宽占优势的情况下,两种谱线形因子近似以及文献[5]理论的结果三者之间存在显著的差异;矩形谱线形因子近似要比常用的Lorentz-Gauss谱线形因子近似精确,而矩形谱线形因子近似的计算量要比Lorentz-Gauss谱线形因子近似的计算量少。

根据脉冲工作状态下半导体激光器激射光谱随结温升高而发生红移的原理,提出了一种测试半导体激光器热弛豫时间的新方法——利用调节取样积分器(Boxcar)取样门,测量光信号脉冲内不同时刻的时间分辨光谱。采用此方法对TO封装和厘米-靶条(cm—Bar)阵列的AlGaAs/GaAs半导体激光器的动态热特性进行了测试,得到其热弛豫时间分别为66μs和96μs。

A 2-D SW-banyan network is introduced by properly folding the 1-D SW-banyan network, and its corresponding optical setup is proposed by means of polarizing beamsplitters and 2-D phase spatial light modulators. Then, based on the characteristics and the proposed optical setup, the control for the routing path between any source-destination pair is given, and the method to determine whether a given permutation is permissible or not is discussed. Because the proposed optical setup consists of only optical polarization elements, it is compact in structure, its corresponding energy loss and crosstalk are low, and its corresponding available number of channels is high. Experimental results of the Talbot effect of an amplitude grating under femtosecond laser illumination are reported. Compared with Talbot image under continuous wave (CW) illumination, Talbot images under femtosecond laser illumination are different due to the wide spectral bandwidth and the Talbot images are more distorted at longer Talbot distances. The spectrums and the pulsewidths of femtosecond laser pulses are measured with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG) apparatus. 采用水平板淀粉胶电泳技术对来自云南保种宁蒗黑头山羊的31 个个 体的39 个基因座位的血液同功酶进行了分析, 结果得到A KP, CES- I, ESD, GO I, M E 和N P 共6 个座位出现多态, 多态座位A KPO , CES- I2, ESDB , GO IA ,M EB 和 N PB 的基因频率较高; 多态座位百分比P = 0. 1538, 平均杂合度H = 0. 0679 ± 0. 0241。本研究首次得到了该羊的遗传多样性特征, 为该羊的保种和利用提供了基础 数据。

研究了几种专用蓝藻有机无机复混肥,并对农作物进行了田间肥效试验。结果表明,施用蓝藻有机无机复混肥与普通N、P、K复合肥相比较,对烟草,西芹,韭菜,康乃馨等都有增产和改良土壤的效果。烟草试验表明,蓝藻复混肥的施用量以900kg/hm2效果最好,烟草产量、产值、上等烟比例分别比对照增加7.28%,5.04%,19.81%;西芹试验表明,施用蓝藻有机无机复混肥的各处理比对照高,其中以900kg/hm2和1200kg/hm2最高;其次是600kg/hm2;分别比对照高17.1%、16.3%和9.5%;而施用蓝藻有

Full-length and partial genome sequences of four members of the genus Aquareovirus, family Reoviridae (Golden shiner reovirus, Grass carp reovirus, Striped bass reovirus and golden ide reovirus) were characterized. Based on sequence comparison, the unclassified Grass carp reovirus was shown to be a member of the species Aquareovirus C The status of golden ide reovirus, another unclassified aquareovirus, was also examined. Sequence analysis showed that it did not belong to the species Aquareovirus A or C, but assessment of its relationship to the species Aquareovirus B, D, E and F was hampered by the absence of genetic data from these species. In agreement with previous reports of ultrastructural resemblance between aquareoviruses and orthoreoviruses, genetic analysis revealed homology in the genes of the two groups. This homology concerned eight of the 11 segments of the aquareovirus genome (amino acid identity 17-42%), and similar genetic organization was observed in two other segments. The conserved terminal sequences in the genomes of members of the two groups were also similar. These data are undoubtedly an indication of the common evolutionary origin of these viruses. This clear genetic relatedness between members of distinct genera is unique within the family Reoviridae. Such a genetic relationship is usually observed between members of a single genus. However, the current taxonomic classification of aquareoviruses and orthoreoviruses in two different genera is supported by a number of characteristics, including their distinct G+C contents, unequal numbers of genome segments, absence of an antigenic relationship, different cytopathic effects and specific econiches.
