The two-dimensional problem of a thermopiezoelectric material containing an elliptic inclusion or a hole subjected to a remote uniform heat flow is studied. Based on the extended Lekhnitskii formulation for thermopiezoelectricity, conformal mapping and Laurent series expansion, the explicit and closed-form solutions are obtained both inside and outside the inclusion (or hole). For a hole problem, the exact electric boundary conditions on the hole surface are used. The results show that the electroelastic fields inside the inclusion or the electric field inside the hole are linear functions of the coordinates. When the elliptic hole degenerates into a slit crack, the electroelastic fields and the intensity factors are obtained. The effect of the heat how direction and the dielectric constant of air inside the crack on the thermal electroelastic fields are discussed. Comparison is made with two special cases of which the closed solutions exist and it is shown that our results are valid.

大面积薄膜的组分和厚度分布是实际工艺中最为关心的问题之一.利用实验和直接模拟Monte Carlo(DSMC)方法,分别研究了双电子束和三电子束物理气相沉积(EBPVD)中,钇和钛蒸气原子的三维低密度、非平衡射流,获得了它们在100和150mm单晶硅基片表面的沉积厚度和组分的分布.DSMC结果与钇和钛的蒸发速率的石英晶振探头原位测量值,沉积薄膜厚度分布的台阶仪和Rutherford背散射仪的测量数据,沉积薄膜组分分布的Rutherford背散射仪和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测量值,均相符甚好.这表明通过DSMC方法与精细测量相结合,可在原子水平上实现EBPVD输运工艺的定量预测和设计。

Two basic types of depolarization mechanisms, carrier-carrier (CC) and carrier-phonon (CP) scattering, are investigated in optically excited bulk semiconductors (3D), in which the existence of the transverse relaxation time is proven based on the vector property of the interband transition matrix elements. The dephasing rates for both CC and CP scattering are determined to be equal to one half of the total scattering-rate-integrals weighted by the factors (1 - cos chi), where chi are the scattering angles. Analytical expressions of the polarization dephasing due to CC scattering are established by using an uncertainty broadening approach, and analytical ones due to both the polar optical-phonon and non-polar deformation potential scattering (including inter-valley scattering) are also presented by using the sharp spectral functions in the dephasing rate calculations. These formulas, which reveal the trivial role of the Coulomb screening effect in the depolarization processes, are used to explain the experimental results at hand and provide a clear physical picture that is difficult to extract from numerical treatments.

The evolution of nonlinear light fields traveling inside a resonantly absorbing Bragg reflector is studied by use of Maxwell-Bloch equations. Numerical results show that a pulse initially resembling a light bullet may effectively experience negative refraction and anomalous dispersion in the resonantly absorbing Bragg reflector. Using modified two- dimensional coupled- wave theory, the diffraction properties of ultrashort pulsed beams with arbitrary temporal profiles are studied with a volume holographic grating. Analytical expressions for the profiles of the transmitted and diffracted beams are obtained. It is shown that the Bragg selectivity bandwidth of the volume grating can be influenced by the geometry parameter. Numerical results are illustrated for three different temporal profiles. For different temporal profiles, the ratios of the diffraction bandwidths to input bandwidths are discussed.

引入角度偏差、位移偏差作为拼接光栅系统的物理参数,定义了拼接光栅的孔径函数,利用傅里叶角谱理论研究了高斯脉冲入射拼接光栅压缩器后的远场分布特性。研究表明;出射脉冲仍然是高斯型脉冲,但包络中心发生偏移,偏移量由角度偏差量和光束口径决定;位移偏差引入的相位随着拼接光栅压缩器传递,其对远场焦斑的影响,取决于每片子光栅的非整数倍光栅常数的横向位移偏差和纵向位移偏差的综合作用。通过数值计算得到了各维偏差对阵列光栅压缩器空域特性的影响,计算表明:光栅面外角度偏差(俯仰左右)和条纹平行度偏差都必须控制在1μrad以内,

According to the parameter requirements of a graded reflectivity mirror with a Gaussian profile, the layer structure and the mask pattern are designed using a graded-thickness middle layer. The mask and the automatic mask-switchover equipment are designed considering the actual requirement of the thin films and the specific deposit facility. The uniformity of the layer thickness is analyzed. The measurement results indicate that samples prepared with this technique are basically in accordance with the design parameter. The scattering effect between the material molecules and the mask, thickness errors, and the alignment error between the mask and the substrate are the main factors that influence the deposit result. 本论文由两部分组成,一、构建来自小麦的COMT的反义表达载体,转化烟草,研究抑制内源COMT对植物木质素合成及其生长发育的影响;二、利用花粉管通道法,将正义和反义COMT基因转化小麦,获得转基因小麦,从而进一步分析。 一、 反义抑制COMT对植物木质素合成及其生长发育的影响 构建含有小麦的咖啡酸-O-甲基转移酶(COMT)cDNA的反义表达载体, 利用农杆菌法转化烟草。 PCR, PCR-Southern 检测显示目的基因片段成功转入烟草基因组。处于营养生长期的转基因植株表型与对照没有明显差异;而发育成熟的转基因植株的植株矮化,茎部木质素含量与对照差异不大,木质素的组成S/G比下降,部分木质部细胞发生变形。我们还发现转基因烟草种子发芽率提高,移栽2个月的子一代转基因植株光合速率、蒸腾速率有所增强。结果表明通过反义抑制COMT将影响木质素合成,并在不同的发育阶段,影响着植物的生长发育。 二、 利用花粉管通道法获得转基因小麦 将构建好的含有Bar基因的正义和反义COMT表达载体利用花粉管法转化两个小麦品种(H4564和C6001),共获得转基因处理的种子1117颗,重新播种后,发育成苗分别为321株,总成苗率为28.7%。通过除草剂PPT筛选,分别获得PPT抗性植株31株。PCR检测抗性植株,获得PCR检测阳性植株5株,总阳性率为0.45%。阳性植株分别为H4564反义处理株1株,C6001的正义和反义处理株各2株。对小麦的植株高度,分蘖数等生理性状的分析发现,转基因小麦的分蘖数减少,植株高度降低。这些生理性状的改变与COMT基因转化的关系将有待于进一步验证。

疏花水柏枝(Myricaria laxiflora(Franch.)P.Y.Zhang et Y.J.Zhang)是我国三峡特有植物,是目前发现的唯一一种三峡水库蓄水后将被全部淹没的高等植物物种。本文结合前人的研究,通过详细的野外调查,摸清了疏花水柏枝的野生种群的分布及自然环境状况,较为全面、系统地研究了其生物学、群落学、种群学、生殖生态学等各方面的特征。最后,对其繁殖技术进行了着重研究,并提出了疏花水柏枝的的保护对策。 疏花水柏枝分布于我国亚热带长江三峡地区,位于东经109-0 32’~110-042、北纬30-0 59’~ 31-05’,海拔70 - 150米的范围内。疏花水柏枝为常绿灌木,具有很强的耐水淹的特性。其群落的植物区系组成中,以北温带分布和世界分布属为主,在各群落中疏花水柏枝均为建群种。在较小的尺度上(间距1m或更小),各群落中的疏花水柏枝种群均表现为聚集分布;在较大的尺度上(间距1.44m或更大),砾质地表的几个群落中疏花水柏枝种群表现为聚集分布,而沙质地表的群落中则表现为随机分布;幼苗在各种尺度上均表现为强烈的聚集分布。不同的群落中,疏花水柏枝种群的生物量有很大差异,变化范围为2,13 lt/hm2~5.340t/hm2,平均值为3.976t/hm2。疏花水柏枝的种群总体年龄结构比较稳定,但在不同的群落中差异较大。疏花水柏枝的的结实率高达95.12%,单位面积出种量平均为1.242×1()9粒/hm2。种子细小,寿命较短,新鲜饱满种子发芽率可达100%。冬季干旱和夏季水淹导致幼苗大量死亡。疏花水柏枝的扦插繁殖可获得较高的生根率,一年生插条的生根率明显高于多年生的插条。扦插苗移栽的成活率较高,并于第二年即可开花结实。种子繁殖也可获得较高的出苗率,但幼苗的死亡率很高。为保护这个物种,首先应加强宣传力度,进一步加强繁殖技术的研究,各北京植物园应大量引种栽培,并对其进行全面深入的研究,最终将其完全回归大自然。

本发明涉及传感器,具体地说是一种测定离子的传感器及其检测方法。控制电位仪通过导线分别连接工作电极和外参比电极;工作电极和外参比电极插入容器中,容器下设有磁铁;工作电极由聚氯乙烯管和插于之中的内参比电极组成,聚四氟乙烯管底部设有敏感膜;检测:将功能化磁性纳米材料的检测液与待测样品混合并发生反应,然后抽取混合溶液加入到工作电极中,在磁场的作用下,磁性纳米材料将被吸引到膜上同时产生电位变化,根据电位变化速率检测待测溶液中所测物质的含量。本发明具有灵敏度高、操作成本低、适合现场监测,可以在环境监测、临床检测等应用领域使用。

SIMP (source of immunodominant MHC-associated peptides) plays a key rote in N-linked glycosylation with the active site of oligosaccharyltransferase, being the source of MHC-peptides in the MHC I presentation pathway. In the present study, the SIMP gene has been cloned from grass carp Ctenopharyngodon idella by rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE). The full length of the cDNA sequence is 4384 bp, including a 1117 bp 5' UTR (untranslated region), a 2418 bp open reading frame, and a 849 bp 3' UTR. The deduced amino acids of the grass carp SIMP (gcSIMP) are a highly conserved protein with a STT3 domain and 11 transmembrane regions. The gcSIMP spans over more than 24,212 bp in length, containing 16 exons and 15 introns. Most encoding exons, except the first and the 15th, have the same length as those in human and mouse. The gcSIMP promoter contains many putative transcription factor binding sites, such as Oct-1, GCN4, YY1, Sp1, Palpha, TBP, GATA-1, C/EBP beta, and five C/EBP alpha binding sites. The mRNA expression of gcSIMP in different organs was examined by real-time PCR. The gcSIMP was distributed in all the organs examined, with the highest level in brain, followed by the level in the heart, liver, gill, trunk kidney, muscle, head kidney, thymus, and the lowest level in spleen. Furthermore, the recombinant gcSIMP has been constructed successfully and expressed in Escherichia coli by using pQE-40 vector, and the polyclonal antibody for rabbit has been successfully obtained, which was verified to be specific. Identification of gcSIMP will help to explore the function in fish innate immunity. (c) 2007 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
