[EN] In this paper I offer a new edition of the Euskera manuscript, written by the bascologist J.F. Aizkibel in 1856. The preliminary study focuses on a survey of the sources extensively used by Aizkibel, which are mainly two: Schleicher's Die Sprachen Europas (1850 [1852]) and Champollion-Figeac's Égypte ancienne (1840). Moreover, the comparison with the sources reveals us that Aizkibel intended to adapt Schleicher’s and Champollion-Figeac's analyses to attest that Basque was originally a very ancient monosyllabic language, and that it was spoken by cultured people. Some other linguistic ideas of Aizkibel are also discussed.

Enpresen hazkunde bide ezberdinak aztertzeko helburuarekin, 1821. urtean sortu zen Bureau Veritas konpainia aukeratu dut, gaur egun mundu mailan liderra den enpresa multinazionala. Lehenik eta behin, 180 urtetan zehar Bureau Veritas-ek izan duen ibilbidea aztertuko dugu enpresa hobeto ezagutzeko eta sortu zenetik lider izatera eraman dituen ekintzak edo aldagaiak zeintzuk izan diren ikusteko. Ondoren, Bureau Veritas-en azkenengo plan estrategikoak ikusiko ditugu. Alde batetik 2007-2011 urte bitartekoa eta bestetik, 2012-2015 urtetarako enpresak planteatutakoa. Azken hau, aurrekoan lortutako emaitzetan oinarritzen da eta geroago ikusiko dugun bezala, nahiz eta ingurune makroekonomikoak laguntzen ez duen, 2015 urterako plan estrategikoa proiektu garrantzitsua da konpainiarentzat eta irabazlearen estrategia bezala aurkezten dute. Hau guztia aztertu eta gero, dauden hazkunde bide ezberdinak eta kasu bakoitzean zein izango litzateke egokiena aztertuko dugu. Bureau Veritas-en kasuan, hauen artean, absortzio bidezko fusioa da nagusi eta horregatik, Bureau Veritas-ek 2007. urtean burutu zuen ECA (Entidad Colaboradora de la Administración) enpresa katalanaren eskuraketa aztertuko dugu, hau da, eskuraketa honekin Bureau Veritas-ek zituen helburuak, eskuraketa prozesua nolakoa izan zen, ECA-ren integrazioa prozesua, ondorioak…

In this work we investigate if a small fraction of quarks and gluons, which escaped hadronization and survived as a uniformly spread perfect fluid, can play the role of both dark matter and dark energy. This fluid, as developed in [1], is characterized by two main parameters: beta, related to the amount of quarks and gluons which act as dark matter; and gamma, acting as the cosmological constant. We explore the feasibility of this model at cosmological scales using data from type Ia Supernovae (SNeIa), Long Gamma-Ray Bursts (LGRB) and direct observational Hubble data. We find that: (i) in general, beta cannot be constrained by SNeIa data nor by LGRB or H(z) data; (ii) gamma can be constrained quite well by all three data sets, contributing with approximate to 78% to the energy matter content; (iii) when a strong prior on (only) baryonic matter is assumed, the two parameters of the model are constrained successfully. We construct an F(R) gravity theory corresponding to the Weyl invariant two scalar field theory. We investigate whether such F (R) gravity can have the antigravity regions where the Weyl curvature invariant does not diverge at the Big Bang and Big Crunch singularities. It is revealed that the divergence cannot be evaded completely but can be much milder than that in the original Weyl invariant two scalar field theory. (C) 2014 The Authors. Single-spin asymmetries were investigated in inclusive electroproduction of charged pions and kaons from transversely polarized protons at the HERMES experiment. The asymmetries were studied as a function of the azimuthal angle psi about the beam direction between the target-spin direction and the hadron production plane, the transverse hadron momentum P-T relative to the direction of the incident beam, and the Feynman variable x(F). The sin psi* amplitudes are positive for pi(+) and K+ slightly negative for pi(-) and consistent with zero for K-, with particular P-T but weak x(F) dependences. Especially large asymmetries are observed for two small subsamples of events, where also the scattered electron was recorded by the spectrometer. (C) 2013 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V. We review the appropriateness of using SNIa observations to detect potential signatures of anisotropic expansion in the Universe. We focus on Union2 and SNLS3 SNIa datasets and use the hemispherical comparison method to detect possible anisotropic features. Unlike some previous works where nondiagonal elements of the covariance matrix were neglected, we use the full covariance matrix of the SNIa data, thus obtaining more realistic and not underestimated errors. As a matter of fact, the significance of previously claimed detections of a preferred direction in the Union2 dataset completely disappears once we include the effects of using the full covariance matrix. Moreover, we also find that such apreferred direction is aligned with the orthogonal direction of the SDSS observational plane and this suggests a clear indication that the SDSS subsample of the Union2 dataset introduces a significant bias, making the detected preferred direction unphysical. We thus find that current SNIa surveys are inappropriate to test anisotropic features due to their highly non-homogeneous angular distribution in the sky. In addition, after removal of the highest in homogeneous sub-samples, the number of SNIa is too low. Finally, we take advantage of the particular distribution of SNLS SNIa sub- sample in the SNLS3 data set, in which the observations were taken along four different directions. We fit each direction independently and find consistent results at the 1 sigma level. Although the likelihoods peak at relatively different values of Omega(m), the low number of data along each direction gives rise to large errors so that the likelihoods are sufficiently broad as to overlap within 1 sigma.
