Presio ultzeren agerpen arriskua: Iritzi klinikoa eta balorazio eskalen arteko konparaketa

Presio ultzerak osasun publikoaren arazo bat dira, asaldura fisiko, psikologiko, ekonomiko eta sozial asko eragiten dituztelako. Ultzerak tratatzeko hainbat modu ezagutzen dira, baina argi dago tratamendu onena prebentzioa dela. Haien agerpena saihesteko ezinbestekoa da ultzera bat pairatzeko arriskua baloratzea. Hau egiteko profesionalek iritzi edo epaiketa klinikoa erabili dezakete (haien esperientziaren bitartez ultzera begi bistaz baloratu) edo eskala protokolizatuak erabili ditzakete. Lan honetan, berrikuspen bibliografiko baten bitartez, gehien erabiltzen diren balorazio eskalei buruzko informazioa lortu da. Unilateral vs. Bilateral link-formation: Bridging the gap

We provide a model that bridges the gap between two benchmark models of strategic network formation: Jackson and Wolinsky' s model based on bilateral formation of links, and Bala and Goyal's two-way fl ow model, where links can be unilaterally formed. In the model introduced and studied here a link can be created unilaterally. When it is only supported by one of the two players the fl ow through the link suffers a certain decay, but when it is supported by both the fl ow runs without friction. When the decay in links supported by only one player is maximal (i.e. there is no flow) we have Jackson and Wolinsky 's connections model without decay, while when flow in such links is perfect we have Bala and Goyal' s two-way flow model. We study Nash, strict Nash and pairwise stability for the intermediate models. Efficiency and dynamics are also examined.

Goi mailako errugbi talde batean aurredenboraldiaren efektuak zineantropometria, gorputz osaera eta somatotipoan

Ikerketa lan honen helburu nagusia, Espainiako maila gorenean jokatzen aritzen den Getxo Errugbi taldeko jokalarien estruktura biotipologikoa eta somatotipoa aztertzea eta aurre-denboraldian zehar, hau da, 10 astetan zehar gorputz egituran jasandako aldaketak baloratzea izan da. Bestalde, aurrelarien eta atzelarien arteko desberdintasunak eta postuaren arabera aurre-denboraldiak duen eragina sumatzearen helburua ere izan du ikerketa honek. Horretarako, aurre-denboraldiaren hasieran, ekainaren 18an eta amaieran, abuztuaren 27an, elite mailako diren 30 jokalariren datu antropometrikoak neurtu izan ziren. Datu antropometrikoak altuera, pisua, larruazaleko tolesturak, hezur diametroak eta gorputz adarren perimetroak izan ziren. 30 jokalarien ekaineko batez besteko adina, esperientzia, altuera, pisua, gorputz masa indizea eta gantz ehunekoa hurrengokoak izan ziren hurrenez hurren; 25,7 ?? 5,7 urte, 14,3 ?? 6,1 urte, 181,5 ?? 6,8 cm, 91,2 ?? 17,7 kg, 27,6 ?? 4,6 GMI eta 13,48 ?? 3,66 gantz %. Metodologiari dagokionez, kirolari bakoitzaren somatotipoa Heath-Carter metodoaren bidez kalkulatua izan da eta gantz ehunekoa eta gantz masa 4 gunetako Jackson/Pollock gantz kalibre metodoaren bidez kalkulatu izan dira.

La historia a través del cine. La Unión Soviética

Este libro aborda diversos aspectos de un tema crucial en la historia contemporánea: la Unión Soviética. La Universidad del País Vasco, siguiendo la estela iniciada hace décadas en otros países, ha introducido en el plan de estudios de la carrera de Historia una asignatura optativa sobre "Historia Contemporánea y Cine", distancia que se ocuparon de acortar los estudios de, entre otros, Kracauer, Ferro, Sorlin, Paul Smith, Oms, Aldgate, Short, Jackson, O’Connor, Jarvie, Musser y Rosenstone. El cine se atreve a dar una visión diferente de la historia, que reconstruye utilizando medios distintos al del historiador. En este libro se muestran los diversos caminos que el cine tiene para acercarnos a la historia, centrándose en comentarios sobre las películas "El acorazado Potemkin", "El círculo del poder" y "Uno, dos, tres", además de una selección de documentales soviéticos sobre la Guerra Civil española y una relación no exhaustiva de otros filmes que hacen referencia a la historia de la Unión Soviética

The impact of liberalizing cost-saharing on basic models of network formation

This paper studies the impact of "liberalizing " the cost-sharing of links on some basic models of network formation. This is done in a setting where both doubly supported and singly supported links are possible, and which includes the two seminal models of network formation by Jackson and Wolinsky and Bala and Goyal as extreme cases. In this setting, the notion of pairwise stability is extended and it is proved that liberalizing cost-sharing for doubly supported links widens the range of values of the parameters where the efficient networks formed by such type of links are pairwise stable, while the range of values of the parameters where the efficient networks formed by singly supported links are pairwise stable shrinks, but the region where the latter are e¢ cient and pairwise stable remains the same.

Transverse target single-spin asymmetry in inclusive electroproduction of charged pions and kaons

Single-spin asymmetries were investigated in inclusive electroproduction of charged pions and kaons from transversely polarized protons at the HERMES experiment. The asymmetries were studied as a function of the azimuthal angle psi about the beam direction between the target-spin direction and the hadron production plane, the transverse hadron momentum P-T relative to the direction of the incident beam, and the Feynman variable x(F). The sin psi* amplitudes are positive for pi(+) and K+ slightly negative for pi(-) and consistent with zero for K-, with particular P-T but weak x(F) dependences. Especially large asymmetries are observed for two small subsamples of events, where also the scattered electron was recorded by the spectrometer. (C) 2013 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
