Kontabilitatearen Kontzeptu-Esparruak, kontabilitatearen oinarriak ezartzen ditu. Bertan adierazten dira kontabilitatearen helburua zein den, hori lortzeko betebeharrak, printzipioak, osagaiak eta erregistro eta balioespen irizpideak. Lehen zati hau ondo ulertzen ez bada, kontabilitateak zentzurik ez daukala esan genezake.

[EN] In the last decades, the topic of business ethics has attracted great interest at the academic and professional levels. Nowadays business ethics is being increasingly implemented as a necessary discipline in universities’ study plans on business management. Moreover, its importance is also evident according to the worldwide increase of organizations and/or institutions that have implemented ethics systems. However, some approaches thoroughly do not consider the importance and the need of an ethical behaviour and are still guiding the actions and the way of thinking of many academics and professionals led to consider that the only responsibility of business is limited just to profit maximization.

I consider cooperation situations where players have network relations. Networks evolve according to a stationary transition probability matrix and at each moment in time players receive payoffs from a stationary allocation rule. Players discount the future by a common factor. The pair formed by an allocation rule and a transition probability matrix is called expected fair if for every link in the network both participants gain, marginally, and in discounted, expected terms, the same from it; and it is called a pairwise network formation procedure if the probability that a link is created (or eliminated) is positive if the discounted, expected gains to its two participants are positive too. The main result is the existence, for the discount factor small enough, of an expected fair and pairwise network formation procedure where the allocation rule is component balanced, meaning it distributes the total value of any maximal connected subnetwork among its participants. This existence result holds for all discount factors when the pairwise network formation procedure is restricted. I finally provide some comparison with previous models of farsighted network formation.

[EN] Purpose. This work aims to present, from the company viewpoint, a structured account of management proposals and practices directed toward improving the intensity and effectiveness of continuous management training (CMT). Design/methodology/approach. The article takes as its main theoretical referents the Theory of Human Capital, the Resource-Based Vision and the contributions made via the new institutional economy with regard to the problems of information asymmetry between companies, employees and training providers and completes the proposals that derive from this theoretical approach. To do this, experience-based contributions are collected from a selection of company training and HR managers from twelve Basque companies characterised by their strong investment in management training. The methodology used was qualitative and obtained by different qualitative techniques: Focus Groups, Nominal Groups and the Delphi Method, which make up the so-called Hybrid Delphi. Findings and implications. The proposals are aimed at the main agents in training activity: training providers, associations and public agents engaged in management training and, particularly, companies themselves. The initiatives seek above all to increase training market transparency, to improve mutual commitments between companies and managers, and to link training and development with culture and strategic management, so that firms make optimal investment in management training. Originality/value. The methodology used is original, and the contributions are consistent with the theory, have a proven practical utility, and are presented in a hierarchy, which facilitates decision making.

El sector Bancario y de Caja de Ahorros está compuesto por diversas entidades, y la mayoría son entidades cotizadas, pero mucha de estas entidades forman entre si grupos financieros o también denominados conglomerados financieros. Un conglomerado financiero existe cuando un grupo de compañías controladas por la misma entidad, las actividades de las entidades que lo forman se encuentran en el área financiera, pero hay al menos dos actividades distintas dentro el entrono financiero. Una vez que hemos delimitado el tipo de grupo empresarial que tenemos, pasamos a realizar un análisis fundamental, elemento que permite determinar el valor de la empresa. Usamos ratio tales como el ratio PER (Price Earning Ratio), el BPA (Beneficio Por Accion) o el Precio/Cash-Flow que nos permite emitir un valor de cotización. En España, encontramos 3 principales grupos financieros, estos son el BBVA, el Santander y CaixaBank, los cuales tienen valores de cotización distintos, mostrándonos que el BBVA, por cotización, es el mejor grupo financiero español. Mientras que si hubiésemos hecho un análisis contable, diríamos que el mejor sería el grupo Santander. Lo cual nos lleva a hacer una apreciación general, no tiene porque basarte solo en la información contable, sino que hay que tener también en cuenta elementos externos que puedan afectarnos.
