Evolución y características del sector de las máquinas-Herramientas en España y en el País Vasco

Castellano: La Máquina-herramienta es el bien de equipo por excelencia y en ello radica el origen de la industria moderna tal y como la conocemos. El presente trabajo trata de identificar ideas clave y datos que ayuden a comprender qué es el sector, cuál ha sido su evolución, qué tipo de ayudas recibe y el papel que ocupa en la economía internacional. Además, se plantea cómo evolucionará el sector en un futuro próximo y qué medidas se están tomando para hacerle frente.

The patents in the introduction of reinforced concrete in Spain: "Alhondiga de Bilbao" case study

Reinforced concrete structures are introduced in Spain mainly by French influence. This happens in the late nineteenth century, following the scheme operating through proprietary systems prevailing in Europe. Systems initially have poor scientific support reaching, even early twentieth century, an impediment to the development of concrete structures, due to the lack of knowledge shown, as well as due to a series of accidents. Therefore, from the end of the first decade of the past century are enacted a series of regulations in many countries, that will change the design and calculation of reinforced concrete structure. The knowledge of the environment of the patent systems, its beginnings and the circumstances of their application allow us to understand the constraints of the early concrete structures, as presented in the Bilbao wine store (1906).

Pinturas al aire libre en el abrigo de las Yurdinas (Álava)

[ES] En el abrigo de Las Yurdinas (Peñacerrada-Urizaharra), al sur del territorio histórico de Alava, se encuentran plasmadas dos representaciones pictóricas (una mujer y una supuesta cabeza de bóvido), ejecutadas con técnica de tinta plana a base de la combinación de dos colores (rojo y marrón). Estilísticarnente, corresponden a un estadio intermedio entre el arte naturalista estilizado y el arte esquemático, y cuya cronología cultural, provisionalmente, pudiera quedar ceñida al inicio de la Edad de los Metales.

Nuevos indicios industriales en cuarcita del Paleolítico antiguo en Álava

[ES] Fruto de prospecciones efectuadas entre 1990 y 1994 en la parte submeridional de Álava es la presentación de dos nuevas estaciones de superficie con restos líticos paleolíticos: Mendíguri y Ondabia. A pesar del carácter excesivamente discreto de los repertorios, en cuanto al número de piezas disponibles, su valor reside en documentar indicios válidos de cara al futuro de las investigaciones sobre el Paleolítico antiguo (inferior y medio) en este territorio. Industrialmente se propone la vinculación acheloide para la serie de Mendíguri y una asignación más imprecisa (acheloide o musteroide) para el caso de Ondabia.

Optimization study of the structural HACFRA composition (Self Compacting Concrete Steel Fiber Reinforced)

The interest of HACFRA (self compacting concrete reinforced with steel fibers), is the combination of the residual strength increase and cracking decrease compared to plain concrete by the introduction of steel fibers in the mass with the advantages of the self-compacting. The paper presents an analysis of the influence of different components of the HACRFA and provides their selection, refered to the granular skeleton and to different steel fiber types and amount, in order to obtain an optimization of its features and structural behavior.
