Auto-épuration du milieu marin. Quelques remarques méthodologiques

Outfall at sea of sewage from Abidjan requires information about the die-off of bacteria in the sea. The method of determination is described and validity of data is analysed. These preliminary results point out some features about the choice of methodology.

Quelques notes sur le plancton marin recueilli en 1953, par M. G. Ranson, dans la baie de Nhatrang-Cauda (Viet Nam)

Mr. G. Ranson found a small collection of plankton in Nha Trang (Vietnam), during a mission in the Far East. The samples were harvested in the Bay of Cauda at a water depth of 15-20 m. The author examined a number of samples kept in formalin, extremely rich in diatoms and in good condition. The group of pelagic copepods has been the most carefully studied.

The author had the opportunity to study a large collection of plankton tubes or pelagic marine copepods, collected in the Nha Trang region (Vietnam-South). Many of these individuals belong to the group Monstrillides.

Quelques observations hydrologiques dans la région Cap St. Jacques-Poulo Condore

The authors expose here results obtained from the data-interpretation of two hydrologic lines done by a national expedition for IGY, in 1958, between St. Jacques Cape and Poulo Condore.
