Eight letters from Jesuit missionaries in America, selected from v. 6-8 of "Lettres edifiantes et curieuses". Paris, 1780-88. In the present edition the title, place and date of writing, and name of writer have been omitted, and minor changes made at beginning and end of the letters. The first five letters may be found, with English translations, in v. 66-69 of "The Jesuit relations and allied documents", 1896-1901.
