Materiality to immateriality: analyses of Os transparentes of Ondjaki

The underlying imaginary geographical landscapes account from a certain perception of a nation's identity construction processes. It is what we find in the aesthetic design of Os transparentes the Angolan writer's Ondjaki, a work which you can see the boundaries between the territory and the individual who occupies it through constructions and deconstructions mutual processes. We therefore want to develop interpretive analysis of the relations that link the internal and external influences of characters in intense contact with the place they live in a battered building, located in a city in crisis, Luanda. We will analyze exchanges between the characters of this work, marking the movements of the narrators and text structure, movements point to the many ways to represent the heterogeneous space of cultural influences located in the historical and spatial context of contemporaneity. Therefore, we will use the Rita Chaves studies on the break with the fixity that undertake such characters and also the Tania Macêdo, on the relationship between literature, history and identity Angola. Materiality to immateriality, the work is meant to examine the physical dematerialization experienced by the protagonist, along the plot, highlighting a closer relationship between this process and the deterioration of the city, metonymic situation that may be related to poor stability as it flies to national identity Angola.

O imaginário subjacente às paisagens geográficas conta, a partir de uma determinada percepção, processos de construção da identidade de uma nação. É o que encontramos no projeto estético de Os transparentes do escritor angolano Ondjaki, obra em que é possível observar os limites entre o território e o indivíduo que o ocupa através de processos de construções e desconstruções mútuas.  Queremos, portanto desenvolver analises interpretativas acerca das relações que ligam os trânsitos internos e externos dos personagens em intenso contato com o lugar em que vivem, um prédio combalido, localizado em uma cidade em crise, Luanda.  Para tanto, analisaremos os intercâmbios entre os personagens desta obra, que marcam os movimentos dos narradores e da estrutura do texto, movimentos que apontam para as múltiplas formas de representar o espaço heterogêneo dos trânsitos culturais situados no contexto histórico-espacial da contemporaneidade. Para tanto, nos utilizaremos dos estudos de Rita Chaves sobre o rompimento com a fixidez que empreendem tais personagens e, também, os de Tânia Macêdo, sobre a relação entre literatura, história e identidade de Angola. Da materialidade à imaterialidade, o trabalho tem como objetivo principal analisar a desmaterialização física vivenciada pelo protagonista, ao longo da trama, ressaltando a aproximação entre esse processo e a deterioração  da cidade, situação metonímica que pode estar relacionada à  pouca solidez em que se arvora a identidade nacional de Angola.
