El Síndrome de Burnout, es una condición cuya detección ha venido en aumento en las últimas décadas. Sin embargo, son pocos los estudios realizados en docentes universitarios en Colombia. El objetivo del presente estudio es estimar la prevalencia y los factores asociados, en población administrativa y docente de una universidad privada. Burnout syndrome is a condition which detection has been increased in the last four decades. However, there are few studies regarding incidence in college teachers in Colombia. The study aims to estimate de prevalence and explore the associations of Burnout Syndrome between teachers and administrative staff in a private university. |
