Proposta de avaliação de traços psicopáticos em indivíduos condenados pelo crime de abuso sexual de menores intrafamiliar

A Psicopatia é uma das perturbações de personalidade mais estudadas em todo o mundo, havendo por isso uma grande diversidade relativamente ao seu conceito. Esta perturbação pode estar relacionada com crimes bastante complexos uma vez que estes indivíduos têm como objetivo geral a destruição da vida alheia e fazem tudo o que está ao seu alcance para obter esse desiderato. O abuso sexual de menores a nível intrafamiliar pode causar danos permanentes na personalidade e liberdade sexual da vítima. A ausência de um perfil concreto do agressor e o silencio existente nesta realidade, evidenciam a necessidade do problema ser estudado com uma grande profundidade. O presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar os traços psicopáticos presentes em indivíduos condenados pelo crime de abuso sexual de menores na vertente intrafamiliar, sendo a amostra do mesmo, constituída por seis reclusos, três do Estabelecimento Prisional de Santa Cruz do Bispo e três do Estabelecimento Prisional de Custóias. Para tal, recorreu-se ao método de investigação qualitativa, através de uma entrevista semiestruturada e recorreu-se também a PCL-R.

Psychopathy is one of the personalities disturbs that are most studied in all world, and because of that there's a huge diversity of information about that concept. This perturbation can be related to crimes that are really complex since that these individuals that commit the crimes have the main objective of destructing the victims life and they do everything they can to achieve that. Sexual abuse to minors within the family can cause permanent damage to the victims personality and sexual liberty. The lack of information about the violator and the silence in this reality, omit the necessity of further studies about this problem. The present study has the objective of analyzing the present psychopathic traces in people that have been condemned for the crime of sexual abuse to young people within the family. Six inmates constitute this study, three are incarcerated in the Santa Cruz do Bispo Prison and the other three are inmates in the Custóias prison. For this study the method of qualitative investigation was used, through a semi structured interview and we also recurred to PCL-R.
