Redes sociais – estudo exploratório das conceções dos jovens sobre riscos e desafios

Relatório final apresentado para a obtenção do grau de mestre na Especialidade profissional do ensino do 1.º e 2.º ciclos do ensino básico

O presente relatório divide-se em duas partes distintas, em que na primeira apresentamos o percurso realizado no âmbito dos estágios em contexto de 2.º ciclo de ensino básico, no Agrupamento de Escolas de Marinhais e na segunda, apresentamos uma pesquisa investigativa que emergiu do trabalho neste contexto e se relaciona com as conceções que os alunos de 2.º ciclo têm sobre as redes sociais. No percurso realizado nos estágios em 2.º ciclo, apresentamos e refletimos sobre a nossa integração na instituição, o planeamento e intervenção educativa, assim como, identificamos e espelhamos os pontos fortes e a melhorar durante o percurso. Na segunda parte deste trabalho, pretendemos conhecer as conceções sobre os riscos e desafios que os jovens da amostra revelam ter quando fazem as suas navegações nas redes sociais. Para tal, questionámos jovens e encarregados de educação, sobre as suas navegações e trabalhámos com eles para melhor conhecer as diferenças entre aquilo que são as suas conceções e a realidade revelada nos seus perfis.

This report is divided into two distinct parts, in the first part we present the journey made in the internship in Marinhais Schools Group and, in the second part, we present an investigative study research that emerged from the work in this context which is related with the conceptions that 2.nd cycle students have on social networks. In the course held in the 2.nd cycle internships we presented and reflected on our integration in the institution, on the planning and educational intervention, as well as we identified and mirrored the strengths and the features to improve. In the second part of this work, we intended to acknowledge the conceptions, held by the young’s in our sample, about the risks and challenges faced on their browsing in social networks. To this end, we questioned young people and parents on their navigations and worked with them to better understand the differences between their conceptions and the reality revealed in their profiles.
