Resumo

This PhD determined the impacts of a 10-week community cooking skills programme in Ipswich Queensland called Jamie’s Ministry of Food Australia. Results demonstrated the programme’s effectiveness to provide sustained positive impacts on participants’ food-related behaviours, gains in personal development around cooking self-efficacy, cooking skills, knowledge, attitudes and enjoyment, and improvements in health outcomes.
