Suivi stationnel de l’herbier à Zostera noltei de la masse d’eau FRFT8 Bidassoa – 2014 - Bassin Hydrographique Adour-Garonne

The new protocol established by Auby et al. (2012) was applied in 2014 to the seagrass monitoring in the Water body FRFT8 – Bidassoa - Type T03. Based on 3 metrics ("taxonomy", "extension" and "abundance"), the quality index of this water body for the angiosperm indicator, was "good". The displacement of the seagrass bed led us to adapt the sampling grid in 2014

L’année 2014 est la troisième année d’application du nouveau protocole du suivi stationnel des herbiers, établi par Auby et al. (2012). Les 3 métriques (« composition », « extension » et « abondance ») de l’indicateur angiosperme pour la masse d’eau FRFT8 – Bidassoa - Type T03 conduisent à un classement en « bon état ». L’évolution spatiale assez rapide de l’herbier a conduit à déplacer la grille d’échantillonnage en 2014.
