A comunicação na resolução de conflitos em educação de infância

Na educação de infância, a criança é exposta a novos contextos, sobretudo com a entrada na creche e jardim de infância. Este novo desafio, é especialmente importante pelo contacto privilegiado com pessoas fora do seu contexto familiar. É também nesta primeira fase do convívio social que a criança contacta com outras crianças numa relação de igualdade. Estas interações são marcadas pelos primeiros grandes desafios sociais que a criança enfrenta fora da família, e que são cruciais para o seu desenvolvimento social. No decorrer da PPS, a forma como as crianças do grupo de creche e jardim de infância se relacionavam e sobretudo como resolviam os seus conflitos, foi tornando-se progressivamente mais evidente. “A comunicação na resolução de conflitos em educação de infância” é um reflexo do trabalho desenvolvido com os dois grupos de crianças, no sentido compreender o papel da comunicação entre as crianças face a situações problemáticas com os seus pares. Em parte este tema surge pela caracterização socioeducativa de ambos os contextos e da definição e reflexão sobre as intenções pedagógicas que defendo para uma ação pedagógica adequada. Ao longo de todo este processo, procurei refletir de forma regular sobre as minhas práticas e estratégias, adequando-as às características das crianças.

ABSTRACT In childhood education, the child is exposed to new contexts, especially with the nursery and kindergarten entry. This new challenge is especially important for the privileged contact with people outside the family context. It represents the first phase of socializing the child contact with other children in a relationship of equality. These interactions are marked by the first great social challenges facing the child outside the family, and are crucial to their social development. During the PPS, the way children's in nursery and kindergarten were related and especially the way they resolve their conflicts, it was becoming increasingly evident. "Communication in conflict resolution in early childhood education" is a reflection of the work with the two groups of children in order to understand the role of communication between children in problematic situations with their peers. In part this topic arises by socio characterization of these situations and the definition and reflection on educational intentions that advocate for proper pedagogical action. Throughout this process, I tried to reflect regularly on my practices and strategies, adapting them to the characteristics of children.
