Conscientes de la importancia de la implicación de la familia en la realidad de los centros, esta herramienta se ha diseñado para ser un canal seguro, ágil y eficiente. La familia de cada residente recibe en su smartphone notificaciones en tiempo real de los eventos y las anotaciones que tienen lugar en el centro. El equipo de cuidadores dispondrá de una app para tabletas Android (también compatible con teléfonos) con la que podrá tomar los registros que alimentan al sistema y notificar a los familiares.</p>
