| Resumo |
AMS subject classification: Primary 34A60, Secondary 49K24. The aim of this article is to establish a definition of the viability kernel associated with a differential inclusion of high order, which generalizes this notion for first order differential inclusion. We present a sufficient condition ensuring the existence of the viability kernel of high order. Some examples in the second order case are analysed.
