Provision of Mobile Learning in Higher Schools

This paper provides an analysis on the technical characteristics of the different categories of mobile devices with the ability to use in mobile learning also presents some aspects regarding the provision of mobile learning in higher education. Presents the opportunities and challenges in the field, here are outlined potential problems and possible solutions. The present paper presents an experimental realization of a mobile application with potential usage for mobile learning.
