"Appendix. Note A. On the subject of nudum pactum, in connexion with the Statute of frauds ... " v. 3, p. [569]-595. "Vols. 1 and 2 M'Cord publish decisions of the Constitutional Court from 1821 to 1823. Mr. Harper then became reporter, and brought up the decisions of that court until its demise in 1824. 3 M'Cord follows Harper, and takes up the reports of the new Court of appeals, in 1825. Harper's law reports fill a gap, therefore, between 2 and 3 M'Cord." cf. Soule, Lawyer's ref. manual, 1884. Vol. 3, printed by D. E. Sweeny; v. 4, by D. W. Sims. Mode of access: Internet. |
