"Reports 1-4 (1881-84) were published only in separate form. Of the 5th report 4 pages were reprinted in the 39th museum report, and a supplement to the 6th report was included in th 40th museum report. No separate edition of 7th (1887) published, but included in 9th (1889) p. [73]-104.
