The Summs of Sir Ralph de Hengham ([2], ii, 49-102, [2] p. at end) are in Latin and have special title page: Radulphi de Hengham. Summæ. Magna Hengham, & Parva, vulgo noncupatæ. Ex vett. Codd. mss. cum cl. Seldeni notis. The Latin text has separate paging (iv, 48) and special title page: Fortescue De laudibus legum Angliæ. Præmittuntur præfatio primi editoris, et, testimonia Balei, Pitsel & Du Fresne. Selden's preface to the reader dated Sept. 24, 1616. Includes bibliographical references and indexes.
