Resumo

[Uncut.]

Appended are ten cantos of Volpi's translation of "The comedy of Dante Alighieri. Dublin, 1836." This translation has the running title: Hell. It is separately paged and has separate signatures. But it is mentioned in the Preface to the main work.

Boase, F. Modern English Biography attributes to Edward N. Shannon [Vol. VI. col. 544 (Call-number: Br 6075.10F Vol. 6.)]

British Museum suspects that an Edward Fox uses the pseudonym Odoardo Volpi.

Library of Congress attributes Giuseppino to W.H. Bradley of Providence R.I. [authority: MS note on title-page of LC copy.]

Gaddo was published in Philadelphia in 1822 with the title: Giuseppino, an occidental tale.
