Public Act 93-0839 required the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability (formerly the Illinois Economic and Fiscal Commission) to hold one or more hearings to review recommendations related to the funding of the 2002 SERS ERI. The Commission held public meetings on the funding issue on Nov. 9, 2004 and Jan. 10, 2005.
