The first report was issued earlier in 2005, and future reports will be filed in July 2006 and July 2007. "July, 2005." Cover title. Mode of access: Internet. The assumption of the Illinois Building Commission's duties and personnel by the Capital Development Board was initiated in April 2004 through Executive Order 2004-5. The merger became effective on July 1, 2004. |
