Resumo

In this later edition, a number of paragraphs have been added to the "Conclusion", p. 318-324, but this part being printed in smaller type than in what it had appeared in the earlier, the number of pages remains the same.

"Last March, a new edition ... amounting to the uncommon number of 3000 copies was published in this city. Many typographical errors crept into that edition, and in other respects it was very badly executed, especially the paper which was of the mixed kind ..."--Publisher's note, on verso of t.-p., dated August 15, 1810.
