Each volume accompanied by atlas of plates, part colored. 63 x 38 cm.

Discontinued as a separate publication after the report for 1888 (published in 1893); later issued only as abstracts with each number of the Russian publication.

Combined reports were issued for 1870-71, 1878-79, 1882-88.

Reports for 1859 to 1881 include "Suppléments", being treatises by L. Stephani on objects excavated, and also on vase paintings, and other objects of art in the Imperial Hermitage. The first "Supplément" is in French, the others in German. Report for 1872 includes also "Chambre sépulcrale avec fresques découverte en 1872 près de Kertsch et décrite par Wladimir Stassoff". Report for 1882-88 includes "Inscriptiones graecae in oris Bospori Cimmerii et Chersonesi Tauricae per annos 1881-88 repertae; edidit Basilius Latyshev", and "Description de quelques antiquités trouvées en 1881 et 1882 par N.P. Kondakoff".
