Original title: A pleasant conceited comedie, wherein is shewed how a man may chuse a good wife from a bad... London, Printed for M. Lawe, 1602.

Reproduced from a copy of the 1st (1602) ed., once in the Garrick collection, and now in the British museum. A ms. note on t.-p. ascribes the play to Joshua Cooke. "Joshua" may or may not be a mistaken reading of Jo. (i.e. John) Cooke. cf. Pref.
