This report describes part of a program carried out by the Rocky Flats Division of the Dow Chemical Company for the Division of Nuclear Materials Management (Atomic Energy Commission), to develop procedures and containers which would permit the shipment of plutonium oxide without shipper-receiver discrepancies.
