No. 1-8, Jan.-Aug. 1890, published only in London; no. 9-14, Sept. 1890-Mar. 1891, published simultaneously in two identical editions in London and New York. Beginning with vol. 3 (no. 15), Apr. 1891, the American edition was no longer identical with the English edition (which continued publication until 1936).
