An account of the proceedings of the merchants, manufacturers, and others, concerned in the wool and woollen trade of Great Britain, in their application to Parliament, that the laws respecting the exportation of wool might not be altered, in arranging the union with Ireland, but left to the wisdom of the imperial Parliament, if such a measure should hereafter appear to be just and expedient.
