The volumes after the first are numbered consecutively, but bear no collective title. The last volume (xv: Cuba [v.3]) was published after the editor's death. cf. addition to prefatory note in vol. xv, signed: Angelina Miranda de Quesada.

A collection of the works of Martí, including much matter from newspapers and periodicals not before published in book form, gathered, edited and published from time to time by Gonzalo de Quesada. Includes biographical sketches of Martí and many tributes to him by various writers prefixed to some of the volumes.
