La negociación colectiva antes del peronismo : El caso bonaerense (1935-1943)

Desde inicios de la década de 1970, se señaló la importancia de las experiencias sindicales previas a 1943 para comprender al peronismo. Retomando trabajos vinculados al estudio del movimiento obrero de entreguerras, este artículo aborda las características de la negociación colectiva en la provincia de Buenos Aires entre 1935 y 1943. El objetivo es analizar los espacios y los gremios afectados por esa experiencia, cuya relevancia no se circunscribió al gobierno de Manuel Fresco (1936-1940). Aún no se ha contemplado toda su importancia, considerando las posibles continuidades con los convenios colectivos desarrollados por el futuro gobierno peronista a nivel nacional

Since beginnings of the decade of 1970, various authors raised the social sciences the importance of previous union experience to 1943 to better understand the Peronism. Returning to works linked to the study of the labor movement of interwar, this work addresses the characteristics of collective bargaining in the province of Buenos Aires between 1935 and 1943. The objective is to analyze the spaces and the unions affected by that experience, whose relevance is not limited to the Government of Manuel Fresco (1936-1940). Yet is has referred to its importance, considering the possible continuities with collective agreements developed by the future Peronist Government at the national level
