Biography of Banū Begam, surnamed Mumtāz Maḥall, and known as Tāj Bībī, wife of Shāh Jahān, and of the buildings connected with her name.

On f. 1v, right after the title : "عرف تاج بي بي نبت نواب اصف خان ولد نواب اعتماد والدوله اسله خديون جماشان بهمابا وشاه غازي بن جنكيز شاه طاب شراه وجعل الجنت."

Written in one column, 7 lines per page, in black ink.

Ownership statement signed C.E. Norton and dated 1850 on rear paper wrapper 4.
