Avaliação do desajuste vertical da interface implante/pilares UCLA com cinta metálica de cinco marcas distintas: análise intra e entre-sistemas

A adaptação passiva entre prótese e implante é fundamental para a longevidade de procedimentos reabilitadores através de implantes odontológicos. Diante disso, este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar a adaptação na interface UCLA com cinta metálica e implante utilizando-se componentes de um mesmo sistema de implantes e combinações de componentes de diferentes sistemas, através de microscopia eletrônica de varredura. Componentes de 5 empresas foram utilizados: Biomet 3i, Conexão, Neodent, SIN e Titanium fix. Foram realizadas leituras nas interfaces direita e esquerda das várias combinações entre UCLA e implantes, com aumento de 300x. As médias de (des)ajuste vertical foram submetidas a análise estatística pelo teste Student-Newman Keuls, com significância de 5% (p<0,05). Os resultados da análise intra-sistema mostraram desajuste estatisticamente significante para o abutment UCLA SIN com cinta de ouro (desajuste médio 3,88_m) comparando-se com os demais sistemas. Para a análise entre-sistemas, sugere-se que nem todas as combinações podem ser consideradas compatíveis relativamente ao desajuste vertical.

ABSTRACT: The passive adaptation between prosthesis and implant is fundamental to the longevity of rehabilitated procedures through dental implants. Thus, this study aims evaluate the adaptation on the UCLA interface with metallic band and implant using components of a unique implant system and combinations of components of different systems, through scanning electronic microscopy. Components from five enterprises were used: Biomet 3i; Conexão; Neodent, SIN and Titanium fix. Reading were done on the right and left interfaces of the different combinations between UCLA and implants, with rising of 300x. The average of vertical misfit were submitted to statistic analysis by Student-Newman Keuls test, with significance of 5% (p<0,05). The results of the intra-system have shown statically significant misfit to abutment UCLA SIN with gold band (average misfit 3,88 _m) comparing with the other systems. In order to enter-systems analysis, It is suggested that nor all the combinations can be considered relatively compatible to vertical misfit.
