Os sentidos do Programa Bolsa Família nas relações sociais dos seus beneficiários

Este estudo tem como objeto a análise do Programa Bolsa Família - PBF, pertencente ao atual Sistema de Proteção Social Brasileiro, com o objetivo de apreender os possíveis sentidos (significações) do Programa Bolsa Família (PBF) nas relações sociais dos seus beneficiários, a partir de suas falas, à luz do método dialético. O recorte deste trabalho apresenta um breve percurso histórico e teórico das políticas sociais frente à questão social, passando pelas políticas de renda mínima e o atual sistema de proteção social brasileiro, desembocando no objeto deste trabalho sobre o Programa Bolsa Família. Analisam-se os aspectos referentes à sua fundamentação e operacionalização, a partir de fatos e expressões vividas por beneficiários e profissionais que atuam com esta demanda social. O Serviço Social se une ao diálogo face ao seu envolvimento nos processos de gestão do PBF e no enfrentamento das expressões da questão social. O processo dialógico entre o empírico e o teórico pautado no método dialético de pesquisa se operacionalizou a partir de um estudo de campo que utilizou entrevistas semi-estruturadas individuais e grupais realizadas nos espaços de visitas domiciliares. Também foram realizadas observações no cotidiano profissional da pesquisadora, por meio da pesquisa participante. This study focuses the analysis of the Bolsa Família Program - PBF, belonging to the current Brazilian Social Protection System, with the aim of understanding the possible senses (meanings) of the Bolsa Família Program (PBF) in social relations of its beneficiaries, from of his speech in light of the dialectical method. The cut this paper presents a brief history and theory of social policies to coping social issue, through the policy of minimum income and the current Brazilian system of social protection, the leading object of this work on the Bolsa Família Program. It examines aspects related to their reasons and operation, from facts and expressions experienced by beneficiaries and professionals who work with this social demand. The Social Service is a dialogue to address its involvement in the process of managing the PBF and the confrontation of the terms of the social question. The dialogue process between the empirical and theoretical based on the dialectical method is the search operation from a field study that used semi-structured individual and group carried out in areas of home visits. Also comments were made in the daily work of the researcher, through participatory research.
