O Estado no sistema sociometabólico do capital: uma relação de complementaridade na base material

O objetivo desta pesquisa consiste em compreender o papel do Estado moderno no interior do sistema sociometabólico do capital de acordo com a análise de István Mészáros, observando a relação de complementaridade que assenta o Estado como parte constitutiva da base material. Partimos da hipótese de que a relação de complementaridade estabelecida entre Estado e sistema do capital é ancorada na existência do Estado como estrutura de comando político, que articula sua própria superestrutura legal e política – como concebida por Marx –, com seu papel vital de assegurar e salvaguardar as condições gerais de expansão e acumulação do sistema do capital. Como está diretamente envolvido na produção e reprodução do capital, cabe ao Estado reforçar a dominação do capital contra as forças antagônicas que poderiam lhe desafiar. Nesse papel, corporifica o imperativo de garantir e proteger as condições de separação entre propriedade e produtores, reforçando a relação de alienação ao assegurar as condições para a subordinação estrutural-hierárquica do trabalho ao capital. Por manifestar seu papel ao articular a dependência entre capital e trabalho, o fundamento entre Estado e capital encontra no trabalho o elo explicativo de sua reciprocidade dialética. É assim que o Estado moderno impõe aos indivíduos a reprodução ampliada desse metabolismo social, complementando politicamente e oferecendo soluções corretivas sobre as contradições continuamente desenvolvidas e reproduzidas no confronto de forças sociais que se opõem. A partir dessa concepção, Mészáros desenvolve a tese da existência do tripé capital-trabalho-Estado. The objective of this research is to understand the role of the modern State within the social metabolism of capital according to analysis by István Mészáros, observing the complementary relationship that places the State as part of the constitutive material basis. From the hypothesis that the complementary relationship established between the State and the system of capital is anchored in the existence of the State as political command structure, that articulates its own legal and political superstructure – as conceived by Marx – with its vital role to ensure the conditions of expansion and accumulation of the system of capital. Directly involved in the production and reproduction of capital, the State must strengthen the domination of capital against opposing forces could challenge him. In this paper, embodies the need to protect the conditions of separation between ownership and producers reinforcing the relationship of alienation to ensure the conditions for the structural-hierarchical subordination of labor to capital. By expressing its role in linking the dependency between capital and labor, the labor is the link of the dialectical relationship between State and capital. This is how the modern State imposes on individuals the expanded reproduction of that social metabolism complementing and offering corrective solutions on the contradictions continually developed and reproduced in the clash of social forces that oppose. Based on this concept, Mészáros develops the thesis of the existence of the tripod State-capital-labor.
