Análise organizacional da PETROBRÁS

This present work is intended to analyze Petrobras at its contextual dimensions verifying the organization model (or role) adopted, and consequently analyzing if the organizational structure is congruent or incongruent to its context in which it is used. The revision of the literature intends to clarify key concepts such as: organization, bureaucratic organization, organic organization, organizational environment, strategy, technology and structure which will be the basis to answer the principal question: Is the organizational structure of Petrobras congruent to its organizational reality?

O presente trabalho pretende analisar a Petrobras em suas dimensões contextuais, verificando o modelo organizacional adotado, e por conseguinte analisando se a estrutura organizacional está congruente ou incongruente com o contexto no qual ela está inserida. A revisão da literatura tentará esclarecer conceitos chaves como, por exemplo: o que é organização, organização burocrática, organização orgânica, ambiente organizacional, estratégia, tecnologia e estrutura e que dará base para responder a questão central: a Estrutura Organizacional da Petrobras está congruente com sua realidade organizacional?
