Charles W. Merideth is shown in graduation regalia at a commencement ceremony for the New York City Technical College. The date of the ceremony is unknown. Charles W. Merideth was the sixth president of the City Tech. He was formerly installed on October 19, 1990. Before coming to City Tech, Merideth had a long career in science and higher education.
