Resumo

 Accountability is an important process and outcome for governments, private businesses and civil society groups in a democratic society. This PhD research undertook five studies between 2010 and 2013 to investigate institutional accountability processes and mechanisms required in the United States, England and globally to promote healthy food environments. <br />
