Resumo |
This thesis found that targeting obesogenic behaviours through community based interventions leads to reduced childhood overweight/obesity. Obesogenic behaviours included sugary drinks and high fat food consumption, low physical activity and high levels of sedentariness. When packaged they are more successful in preventing childhood obesity than they are when targeted singly. |
