Resumo

Breaker (Harry) Morant fought beside Australians during the Boer War and since being executed after an unfair court-martial, speculations began to surface as to his real identity. He claimed to be the son of a British Admiral, but the mystery as to who he really was, and his true identity continues to baffle researchers. This essay offers some insights into to the reasons for Morant's identity crisis.<br />
