Resumo |
This soft-cover book is a catalogue of the exhibiiton held 21 September – 10 November 2013 at Castlemaine Art Gallery and Historical Museum. The majority of photographs for the publication have been produced using superimposed exposures of polarised and non-polarised light; a technique for the optical and digital enhancement of colour saturation, reflection reduction and surface effects in reprography of painting developed by James McArdle. In this instance the highly textured brushwork of Dora Meeson benefits from the treatment. |
