Resumo

Depolymerization of the aryltellurinic anhydrides [(RTe)<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>]<sub>n</sub> (9, R = 4-MeOC<sub>6</sub>H<sub>4</sub>; 6, R = 8-Me<sub>2</sub>NC<sub>10</sub>H<sub>6</sub>) with aqueous NaOH afforded the hydrated sodium aryltellurinates [Na(H<sub>2</sub>O)<sub>4</sub>](4-MeOC<sub>6</sub>H<sub>4</sub>TeO<sub>2</sub>) (10) and [Na(H<sub>2</sub>O)<sub>4</sub>](8-Me<sub>2</sub>NC<sub>10</sub>H<sub>6</sub>TeO<sub>2</sub>)·H<sub>2</sub>O (11·H<sub>2</sub>O) as highly crystalline materials.
