Resumo

Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) has been successfully synthesised using ionic liquids as both the growth medium and the electrolyte. Both imidazolium and pyrrolidinium-based TFSA ionic liquids were used to assess the influence of the nature of the medium on the morphology and electrochemical activity of the resulting materials.<br />
